Score from 92 reviews Very good
The hotel was clean and neat, rooms were nice and comfortable, restaurant served good food, staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Single pane glass windows in the room with no dampeners.. I slept with earplugs and could still hear the busy street outside. WiFi was very slow at times.
This hotel was in the middle of bogata
The hotel was in a bad area
We went to celebrate our anniversary and everything was great, in the front desk were really kind and helpful. Breakfast was good and had a lot of options. The bed was comfy.
Our room was in tower c and at night we can heard loud music until 2 or 3 am
Very professional and helpful staff. Great service. Will return on my visit.
Wish more of the hotel staff spoke English (bartender and restaurant staff)
The staff was friendly in the restaurant and housekeeping. The front desk was a hit or miss.
We stayed 8 days and come back home feeling tired. The rooms weren't sound proof. We stayed in tower A. The beds were uncomfortable and there was so much noise from the lobby downstairs near the bar all hours of the night. We complained and they told us it was a group convention. We moved to tower C same problem a wedding with a band playing until two am. The beds were more comfortable but the noise was terrible. We also got charged for things we did not consume in the mini bar. Not a hotel for peace and relaxation. We spent a lot of money there and got barely any rest. Also, the oriental restaurant that bragged awards was terrible. The restaurant for breakfast often had spoiled juice and fruit. The waitress acknowledged that people were complaining about the juice but left it out for others to have?? I felt sick the whole day from the rotten orange juice.
People service at the restaurant.
1. Indoor room installation. Closet looks like old and smell like old wood. Room #224. 2. Not all Recepcionist people are friendly. Adriana can improve her behavior and be nicer.
We were not informed that during our stay the leisure facilities were closed for maintenance. We booked a superior suite on the booking.com website, but the hotel did not have a record of this booking and tried to put us in a standard room. Not happy with the booking.com service.
