The breakfasts wer good, especially the coffee.

The location is in a rough area of town. The staff were not helpful. When it came to paying the bill, they insisted we pay iva / vat which does not apply to foreign visitors. The taxi service is unreliable.

- Great location very near to Historic Center of Bogota which make the place to be perfect for somebody who comes to Bogota walk around - comfortable room maintained always very clear - friendly and helpful staff - rich breakfast - no problems with wifi connection

I'd improve the quality of juices served during breakfasts - to stay brief: too much water mixed with too little fruit juice

Being on a main road, the rooms at the front are bit noisy.

The rooms are small and the area is seedy after 10 PM. It is NOT one of the best Dann properties. However, I would stay there again.

Beside the hotel has a building under construction and the noises of the works are unpleasant,beginning early(one day begun at 05:28)including saturday and sunday.And the traffic at the Av.19 Are noisy for the rooms in front(my room was the 909,at rear,good one)

This hotel served our every need at half the price of any of the many hotels we stayed at during a journey lasting 6 weeks. Yes they are an older property but this did not stop our getting top service including a hotel transfer to the airport at a very reasonable price. I can only congratulate them and Booking.com for such outstanding value.

The hotel is located close to the main tourist attractions like Candelaria.Never before even in 5star hotels have I seen such a great desire to help and care from the staff. I'd definetely say that it's worth its price.

The location is quite noisy. From the yard I've faced construction works and a busy street in front of it. Please take your sleeping ear plugs on you. The staff does their best but they really don't speak even moderate English in Bogota. So don't forget your dictionary.

The food service was the worst I have ever had,on the second night they completely forgot our room service order...and then when I complained that it had not arrived 1and a half hours later when they finally answered the phone I was rudely informed that the kitchen was closed. The hotel is in a very dangerous neighborhood especially after dark....the rooms are outdated and run down and it is in the middle of a construction zone where they start hammering and running heavy machinery at 6 am making it impossible to sleep...THIS IS NOT SOMEPLACE YOU WANT TO STAY

The hotel staff was amazing, from the reception desk staff to the doorman staff. The helped us in every problem we had with lot of patient and kindness.

The hotel was very clean and very well staffed. The service was great.

The location was not as I had expected. I saw that it was close to museums, and thought it would be a great stay in between layovers. At night, it is a fairly dangerous neighborhood. During the day, it seemed fine, but one should always proceed with caution. It's not just the neighborhood, it's the whole city of Bogota. But there was always a staff member willing to help and they have private taxis, which are much safer to use than street taxis.

Wi fi did't work for entire stay. Most hotels I visited on this trip someone at the desk spoke good English. Couldn't communicate with them well. This is not their fault. I'm in their country. I have been spoiled at other hotels throughout South America.

Located close to Turist attractions and city center

Old rooms and facilites. Need to remodel. Need better Signage. Drove by it approx 4 times without seeing sign.

excelente para recorrer el casco historico ,,,, parte antigua de bogota a pocas cuadras del museo del oro , del parque santander y algunos lugares tipicos .... la atención de l personal de recepción muy buena, gentil y atentos a nuestras necesidades adelante y felicitaciones

por supuesto que la parte nueva , el transmilenio los grandes shooping se encuentran a 15 minutos aproximadamente de este hotel ,,,,,
