    Quietude, Courteous staff, good food

    Rather run-down quality of premises. Lack of full bar. Manhattan and Martini drinks without Vermouth--don't have it. Not able to receive online reservation and payment from Booking.com. They gave a single room and made a separate charge for the second guest as "unscheduled visitor" with a separate fee. It's a nice place and fairly friendly , but very poor value for the money, especially with the hidden charges and VAT. Food and wine charges are extravagant and triple the size of the bill. I will not return to this hotel.

    The confort of the Bed, the great attention of the people, and the delicious breakfast.

    The poor control of the insects in the pool and the very old showers in the bathroom

    The conditions of the room were good even though its seemed a bit old fashion.

    The staff was not very pleasent. And that was a surprise for the inhabitants of Medellin.

    I loved the peacefulness and quiet, the cleanliness and the helpfulness of the front desk and the security downstairs.

    I certainly did not like the dollar/peso exchange rage used which was a shameful ripoff!!!

    Slowest WiFi in world. Worse than Phlippines, Thailand, China and Mexico. I almost left the hotel for this reason. Hard to access WiFi. took 15-20 minutes. This is a huge failure in an otherwise great hotel. Fast , free WiFi is perhaps the most important draw for American travelers. GB

    my husband had stayed at the hotel in the past, and liked the location.

    excessive charges for use of the room telephone for local calls. sort of "watered down" the joy of the initial cost of booking the room. had no choice but to pay them upon leaving the hotel for the return trip to the USA.

    Friendly staff, well situated hotel with a lot of facilities, not overcrowded. Good cuisine with varied menus.

    Your hotel staff in the pool and eating area and the bell boys were very good. Beautiful rooms.

    My son an I stayed at your hotel. I payed for the rooms and you addressed the review to him? I did not have a bedspread on my bed rm.715. So I called down to house keeping and told them I had no bedspread. Told to call 333 I belive this was front desk. I told them I had no bedspread. they said ok I would get one. Three hours latter I walked up to front desk to tell them I needed a bedspread. I was told ok I will get one. I never got one. I finality found a blanket in the closet. Used it but was cold and had to sleep in my robe to stay warm. This was unexceptionable for a 5 star hotel. Lighting was poor for reading in our rooms 711 an 715.

    We like to walk to restaurants and bars and shopping. Not possible from this hotel.

    Breakfast was excellent. Room was comfortable. Great location to shopping and sights.

    Although I booked 2 bed room I was told at check-in that only a 1 bed was available. The WiFi was very poor. I called the front desk re:the WiFi and the broken safe and was told that the WiFi was working...nothing else. The safe was fixed right away. I asked for extra pillows...an hour later nothing so I had to call again...finally late in the evening the pillow arrived. The price I ended up paying was much higher than I expected. In the future I rather pay upfront and know ahead of time all of the property fees.

    Very nice setup, remodeling terrace and pool, but had no complaints about noise, one hardly noticed the construction work going on

    Breakfast was until 10, so when I go there at 9.45 I still expected breakfast, unfortunately almost everything was empty and not being refilled anymore

    (1) Booking.com did not advise tht the swimming pool was not available. I was very disappointed by this. The pool has been out of service for the past two months - you should know this. (2) Poor breakfast

    The room was very spacious, more like suite. The lobby area an restaurant were very comfortable, an the breakfast was great, using local specialities. There was a good concierge service. As I left the management were measuring up the pool area to re design its unsafe features.

    There was little internal noise insulation. The toilet flush was inadequate for normal usage! I arrived on Saturday afternoon and they could not do my laundry by Monday morning. People kept knocking on my door for unimportant things. The pool was badly designed for safety and despite being very careful I had a nasty fall and am now seeking treatment. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.
