It was clean Very bad value for the money. This is not a luxury hotel, but the prices are very high for Colombia. Stay here only if your company is paying.

Good location, same street of restaurants and bars but not too close. Big rooms. Connection for iphone. Good gym. Rooms windows do not stop very well the street noise. It needs more soundproofing.

Check-in muy agil, excelente servicio y calidad en habitaciones, comida deliciosa y la piscina climatizada ala temperatura ideal. El sector donde esta ubicado puede ser algo solo en la noche, sin embargo esta muy cerca de area comercial/nocturna

el desayuno y las instalaciones del hotel la iluminación de las habitaciones es como la de un hospital, el baño tenia fuga. estaba tapado, las almohadas eran como las de una finca mala en tela dura, eran duras o demasiado blandas se despertaba uno con dolor de cuello

Ubicación, buenas instalaciones. Estacionamiento incluido en la tarifa. Cobran el agua para lavafrse la boca. Con este mismo criterio deberían cobar también el papel higiénico. No debía aunciar que el hotel tiene sauna y baño turco, cuando estos son reducidos y es necesrio pedir telefónicamente una cita para usar dichos servicios.

La atención del personal es excelente y se esmeran en hacerte sentir de lo mejor. La vista desde las habitaciones de los últimos pisos es estupenda. Los desayunos buffet son de primera. A pesar de que en líneas generales se encuentra bien ubicado, cuando se quiere salir caminando hacia el centro, hay un puente peatonal que de noche no se siente muy seguro.

Nos fuè muy bien desde el ingreso. Fueron comprensivos guardandonos el equipaje mientras ingresábamos a la habitación, ya que llegamos temprano a las 7;30 A,M. El desayuno es bueno. Realmente me gustò todo. Es adecuado por ubicación, calidad y precio.
