Staff are so friendly, easy to talk to. Pool is amazing with fountain! Restaurant next door is great lunch spot. After the Amazon experience, a/c and hot showers were amazing! I also fully enjoyed the day bed and the hammock. Similar to another hotel we stayed at, I thought the bed was too hard. Nevertheless I had a good night sleep!

The hotel is most attractive in itself. The gardens are beautiful and well kept, with exotic flowers all over. The swimming pool is large and always impeccably kept. The cabins are spacious and most needs are met. The hotel staff are warm, friendly, and always attentive to guest’s needs; they provide the personal touch. Guests are advised, however, to keep an eye on charges made on their bills, for managerial policy differs markedly from their employees’ candidness; no such friendliness is in evidence. Due to an involuntary mistake made by the booking agency, our voucher stated that a 10% VAT charge had been made on the final sum to be payed. We argued that VAT is not chargeable on any item in the Amazonian Department of Colombia, but the manager, having tasted blood, would not be deprived of his killing, and wanted that 10% payed. It took a complaint to the local DIAN (Department of Taxes and Customs) who sent him the written law, to make him relent. On another occasion a charge was made, which I was asked to sign, for a bottle of mineral water in the room’s minibar from which a label was missing and was thus considered to have been opened. When it was pointed out to them that half the bottles lacked that label, they climbed down. Not to be deterred from the goal of making a fast peso, on practically the eve of our departure, the key to our room could not be found. I had left it on the reception desk as the receptionist was busy with new arrivals. The policy appears to be that if something is lost, whatever the circumstances, you fork out. Major unpleasantness was avoided when a guest, who inadvertently took the key, took his time about returning it. If you are on the lookout for such sharp practice, the hotel is undoubtedly enjoyable.

Buena atencion,el hotel es muy lindo,mi mujer estuvo enferma y la atendieron muy bien, la comida es buena La luz en las habitaciones es muy pobre casi es imposible leer para personas de mediana edad seria conveniente incorporar luminarias leds para lectura

La disposición de los empleados y la ubicación del hotel. Es absurdo que en el siglo XXI un hotel tenga la osadía de cobrar USD 4.50 por cada hora de conexión wi-fi.

La atención de su personal es muy buena, su ubicación es la mejor para quien desea conocer la Amazonía y al tiempo disfrutar de el confort y la atención de un buen hotel, lo recomiendo aunque en cuanto a las múltiples actividades para hacer en Leticia no hay que tomar en cuenta solo las que ofrece el hotel q en verdad son pocas!!! No recomiendo para nada el ciclopaseo, es peligroso por el alto flujo vehicular y además no ofrece mucho para conocer!!! En la oficina de turismo del hotel solo te ofrecen algunos planes de cientos que puedes hacer en el lugar!!!

* Le matelas et la piscine après 3 jours dans la selva... * le ceviche au resto * Un spectacle ridicule avec de pseudos brésiliens et un son exécrable * un serpent en carton-pâte qui gâche un resto-maloca au demeurant plutôt joli * la musique d'ascenseur qui massacre jacques brel pour le petit déjeuner * une connexion internet annoncée mais jamais efficiente (et, paraît-il, payante... quand elle fonctionne...) / ailleurs dans la ville, le moindre petit café internet llamadas etc. fonctionne parfaitement...

Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely pool area for relaxing and loved the hammocks in the porch area of the room. Good location for trips on the Amazon. Quality of the food. Did not like the all inclusive, buffet style food in the evening. Pool could not be used early in the morning.
