Nothing really not good hotel small roms not so well equiped really bad for the money. Please look for better options in the city.

The hotel have hidden charges, they have tricky information at reservations and what is not clear they use it to charge you. The rooms are very poor non well equiped and staff is usless. All the tine are calling you to help them with their mistakes.

I liked the breakfast buffet, lots of fruit, and options. I liked the pool area with the service and outside area with the outdoor bar area. I recommend this hotel for an excellent stay. I stayed in the apartment hotel and I had room service which was very quick and the food we ate was excellent too.

I did not like the jacuzzi, jetsnot powerful enough or hot enough, very tiny too. Also I did not like that the fine dining restaurant view is of the people in the pool. I do not think people in the restaurant want to see me with my swimming shorts on, nor do I want them to see me.

My fiance and I had stayed there for 9 nights, so we wanted to feel like it was home - with kitchen, TV, etc. in which the apartment was equipped with.

Because we had stayed for 9 nights, we wanted to wash clothes efficiently. However, the apartment was not equipped with an electric washer and dryer. So we had used the hotel's laundry service which is expensive.

Excellent hotel..would definitely stay there again. Friendly helpful staff and knowledgeable.

The shower was awesome . Nice to have hot water. The breakfast buffet was excellent . We had a nice view of the city.

We had an apartment for three people. We had one bedroom and a living room with a couch. Luckily it was for one night only. We had to ask for towels for the three of us. The Internet worked part of the time. It was over priced for the accommodations we received.

Wow, this hotel is very nice. Having an apartment gave me alot more privacy and space than most hotels can offer and saved me quite a bit on food costs. The staff treated me wonderfully, I don't know if this is a 5 star hotel or not, but it definetly has a 5 star quality staff. The morning breakfast buffet is excellent and FREE. There is a Carrafour Department store across the street on the next corner, where you can get anything you'd need to stock you apartment. There are also plenty of ATMs located right next to the hotel if needed.

The pool is located in front of the hotel restaurant large windows. You feel like everyone eating inside is watching you, kind of creepy. Also the roomservice food is a bit overpriced, and seemed loaded with more garnishing than actual food (except the cheesecake which was awesome!) The area isn't bad, but isn't located walking distance from the better areas of Barranquilla

For the price you get a very nice room and a wonderful breakfast each morning. The hotel is new and some areas are still being built, but we did not notice any noise. We we pleasantly surprised.

Slow check-in process. Our room was not ready and we had to wait over 30 minutes for it.

Great location, beautiful rooms and lobby, great spa and pool area. Buffet breakfast included with the room has everything and the service is great!

Su ubicación, su completísimo desayuno y muy completo en cuanto a servicios

Que mi reserva era, supuestamente, de unos apartamentos, y en realidad se trataba de una habitación convencional. Además, me pusieron en la planta 21, con un día de mucho viento y una ventana mal sellada (rota), que hacía mucho ruido y costaba dormirse. Por fin, luego de mucho insistir, me cambiaron a otra habitación donde, si bien se oía el viento, estaba un poco mejor.

La atención en la recepción es regular, el personal no esta bien capacitado para atención y servicio al cliente.

很新的五星酒店,应该开业不久, 有的楼层还在装修,总体感觉良好, 不过与国内的五星比起来,设施及服务水平一般, 早餐不错,就在泳池边,很漂亮, 不过泳池就只有十米左右,很小, 但相对他的价格, 还算很值.

还在装修的楼层, 不应让客人入住,至少应先告知,由客人自己选择

Para ser un hotel nuevo me parece muy standard La comida regular. Piscina muy sencilla y pequeña la habitación muy modesta. 200 dólares por moche es caro para lo q ofrecen. Creo q no volveré

Le système de réservations n'est pas fiable. Àa deux occasions nous avons réservé avec Booking.com 2 mois d'avance et la réservations n'était pas enregistrée au prèes de l'hotel. Les draps sont incomfortables. Ils n'utilisent pas de draps contours.

Em plenas férias de verão, reforma na fachada, restringindo o uso da piscina em alguns períodos...

Su diseño y espacio

Huelen muy mal los pasillos, y prometen algo por booking que no es!!! Lastima. Falta consecuencia en su promocion vs servicio.

Buen hotel recomendado,moderno,limpio y buena atención

El aire condicionado que da directo a la cama y no puedes regularlo y el desayuno un poco variado
