Relatively good value for the money (before hidden charges and my reservation messup)
1) Mess-up of my reservation: I reserved a Suite with a kitchen for two, and when I got there they told me it was a mistake I could reserve it, and the only room available was a normal room (no money back). This could be a bookings problem, or the hotels, but they told me it had no solution. 2) Hidden charges: Take care of the hidden charges in the bill. They charged me for a phone call the receptionist forwarded to a pharmacy, and some extras I still don't understand
