location when reserving they must tell you that ghl is A corporate name not the hotel name...the taxi has no idea what is ghl...they only know capital or sheraton.

everything, very business oriented, they even get you either orange juice or coffee to your room if you asked to be waked up at 5:30am!! whenever I needed assitance,business or leisure oriented the service was impecable!I will come back for future business trips! nothing,everything was great!

Special recognition to waiter Antonio for trying to communicate in English, learning individual names, excellent service skills. Hope you give him an opportunity to advance and improve his income. Elevator service was poor but might have been isolated incidents. Overall respectful and caring attitude from staff to guests. Regards, Carlos Bohorquez ( Aug 7-12/12) room 401 (plus 432 and 528) Elevators seemed to breakdown too often. TV set was not set up to turn on easy, had to work at it. My tub was a bit old and could see chipped painted areas.

The suite room was nice. Bed is extremely hard, was like sleep over a wood table, and don't tell me is because is orthopedic. I have an orthopedic mattress in Canada and it is not like that. The room has a portable air conditioner which doesn't cool and is very noisy. You can't turn on at night. If you do it, you don't sleep.

Very friendly staff, free and well organized airport transfer, safe zone, nice rooms, excellent value for money. Highly recommendable if you stay in Bogota unless you want to go out at night at zona T (far away).

Esta muy cerca del aeropuerto Eldorado al que tiene transporte gratuito cada media hora. La atención es formidable. Es un hotel cinco estrellas, excelente en todo. Todo nos parecio bien

Amabilidad del personal, atención inmediata a los requerimientos sobre algunos servicios. La comida es de calidad y platos muy originales en la combinación de insumos. Recomendable. La proximkdiad al aereopuesto lo hace ideal para pernoctar y tomar conexión a otro destino. El servicio de transporte que ofrece, no es eficiente, en cuanto aereopuerto- hotel. No pudimos usar del mismo. Hotel-aereopuerto, sí opera oportunamente.
