I stayed one week. The staff is very friendly. Rooms very clean. Relatively safe area. Good WiFi service. Breakfast is average...but included!

It was conveniently located I stayed an extra night and made a sparate reservation. I was in a rush when I checked out. I believe I was charged for the last night which I made a separate reservation on Booking.com I will need to review when I get my bill

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly from the moment we pulled up to the doors in our taxi. Every staff person we encountered gave excellent, personalized attention to us. Our room was large, comfortable, clean, with an extremely comfy bed, large two person tub/rain shower set up before a bank of windows. The air-conditioning was blissful and as I mentioned, the bed was very comfy, with memory foam contour pillows mixed in among the many other pillows. I would highly recommend the hotel to other travelers. On a different note, the location was not quite as picturesque as I had expected, with the view we had from the 17th floor was comprised of old, low buildings and a police barricade vehicle. There was also traffic to watch if I had wanted to. Probably the other side of the building had a nicer view. Another down side, (but not one that bothered me, but may bother others) was that the windows were not soundproof, and the traffic was surprisingly audible. The windows do not seal shut, which is why you can hear so much. However, how nice is it to have a hotel where you can open the windows?!

La habitación es amplia y el desayuno muy rico. OJO: Al parecer en este sitio me clonaron la tarjeta, asi que deben de tener cuidado al momento de realizar un baucher ellos escriben tu codigo de seguridad y al parecer tomaron mis datos, pero estoy mas que seguro que alla la clonaron, pues hicieron una compra mientras viajaba de regreso. Si van en vehiculo como en mi caso, es una mamera esperar que baje el botones y te recoja en el parqueadero, ya que existen apartamentos en otros pisos y supuestamente es por seguridad.

Las personas del Restaurant o Cafeteria la atención de ellos y de recepción super cordial El que casi no respetan la tarifa reservada hace mas dde 4 meses. Menos mal llame a booking y resolvieron el problema. El Desayuno pésimo la foto del restaurant y variedad publicada en internet es una mentira inmensa, las habitaciones son de un hotel 3 estrellas. Hotel basico

La calidad de la gente es excelente, todos muy atentos y por demás amables. Se preocupan mucho por la seguridad y bienestar del huesped y siempre con una sonrisa y buena predisposición. El hotel es muy lindo, de hecho, uno de los más importantes de Cali. La ciudad y su gente de lo mejor! Falta un poco de ventilación en las habitaciones, no se abren las ventanas y uno queda esclavo del aire acondicionado.

El personal en recepción, la discoteca mañe que queda en uno de los pisos, el desayuno es completamente desagradable. En general las habitaciones necesitan ser remodeladas, su aspecto es muy deplorable con relación a la tarifa. Este hotel no es para nada recomendable, no es un 4 estrellas definitivamente

La atención, el estado en que se encuentra el hotel es excelente, la relación calidad precio inmejorable, desayuno tipo buffet incluido y pude alejarme con mis dos hijas pequeñas sin pagar más. No todo fue excelente
