The social areas such as pool, restaurant and others are really great. The location is very good. We got an upgrade. However it wasn't what we expected: we booked a room for two, single bed, and gave us a room for six with 3 beds with a balcony. Food is of good quality and service is really focused on the guest. Even though the room was old, it smelled clean.

The room we stayed on was very old. Ours wasn't as clean as you could expect for an hotel of the same quality (we found a marker under one of the beads). Unfortunately they wanted to charge us COP 80.000 (USD 40) for each day per person to have complete food service excluding alcoholic beverages, and we noticed the receptionist saying "this is too expensive for the season". We thought that was expensive too and didn't take it.

This is not 5 stars hotel. This is a 2 stars hotel. I dont know why booking is featuring this crap hotel as a 5 stars. I paid 200 usd for a night on a crap room with broken floor. No minibar. No room services, ugly food and more expensive than any usa hotel.
