the comfort and the economy and good location! they don't have refrigerator in the rooms and the help for bags and suitcases are poors... maybe because the hotel is new....

Interior ist modern, Location, sehr freundliches Personal Keine Minibar im Zimmer, keine Snack oder Getränke-Automaten auf den Stockwerken, extrem viele Mücken im Empfangsbereich (wurde mehrmals gestochen beim Check-in), Frühstück sollte ausgebaut werden, Preis-Leistung zu teuer!

Muy buena ubicación pues está en un barrio tranquilo pero con fácil acceso a cualquier servicio. La atención del personal es EXCELENTE, te tratan como un rey. No tiene camas king. El buffet del desayuno es rico pero con pocas opciones. Tenemos un carro grande y el ingreso al parqueadero resultaba pequeño para este tipo de carros.

Las instalaciones son excelentes para quien va de negocios, el desayno es muy variado y bueno en general, el gimnasio esta muy bien Ademas del gimnasio no hay otras alternativas de recreacion en el hotel

El hotel es muy nuevo, apenas tenia un mes de aperturado, su ubicacion es genial,las habitaciones estan excelentes en comodidad y muy completas, los desayunos muy completos. Aun esta en ciertas partes en obras el hotel y genera un polvillo que no es agradable, por lo demas es excelente y la relacion precio valor es muy buena

La ubicación, el personal en líneas generales muy amable. Con la excepción de alguien de conserjería que olvidó despertarme, fue falla humana, pero no se dieron cuanta a la media hora, ni a la hora, ni a las dos horas.- Al despertarme, bajé, me quejé, y lo lamentable es que por esto perdí una licitación que debí contestar a una determinada hora y no pude hacerlo, con un gran perjuicio económico !! irreparable Por todo lo contado anteriormente, y además xq no tiene frigobar, no tiene room service, las llaves y la cajita de caudales, hay que bajar para que se reprogramen, xq sino a veces no abren. No tiene estantes ni cajones para dejar la ropa, hay que dejarlas encima de la cómoda del tv.- Incomprensible para un Hotel que dice ser de categoría.- Y en la conserjería hay un par de carteles, en los cuales, dicen la siguiente leyenda : de no estar conforme con los servicios, ud no debe pagar !! En función de lo que pasó, me descontaron un día más que me había quedado, pero debieron haberme devuelto la totalidad de la estadías.- Hasta las consumiciones me cobraron.- Estoy muy desconforme.- Quien realizó el diseño del Hotel, no tenía noción de que necesita un viajero.-
