The staff was very friendly and always with a smile on their faces. Room was clean and as described in the website. I will recommend this hotel to people I know.

I was very pleased, but I missed having a radio/cd player in the room.

The best feature of the hotel is definitely its beds, amazingly big and comfortable!

This hotel although new really needs to be brought up to standard. Although I have marked the staff as fair, all of the staff were incredibly kind and helpful apart from one person who practically ruined the entire experience for me. She was utterly incompetent and as a result I was not happy with my stay there. The room at a strange smell in it all times. No bathrobes were provided.

Internet is available for Hilton Honors members only. Taxi service from the hotel was safe but overpriced.

This is something that only made it a little hard at times. Sometimes they just need to make sure that there is a driver who can speak a little English.Its not that I disliked this it just makes it hard at times.All the drivers were great and friendly

I received wrong information about the meals included on my book. They charged me, a cost of meals similar to the hotel cost, I didn't appreciate that. Receptionist and manager did not care about this important information. They informed with the bill, not before. So far from Hilton standard. Do not use minibar, very expensive, bring up your own snacks!

Wi-fi, which is gratis in the lobby of the hotel, should be complementary in the room. I have a big issue with hotels charging for in room wi-fi. It is wantonly greedy to charge guests for wi-fi.

We very much liked the price quality ratio and the fact that it was a high class room, with every attention to detail. Also I would like to point out that all of the staff go the extra mile to make a customer happy. We had the pool and the gym almost to ourselves

On the 24th, the pool was closed very early and this was poorly communicated to the people

This hotel is fantastic, especially for the price. It's honestly one of the best Hiltons I've stayed in, and that includes the Hilton Park Lane in London. The rooms are incredibly spacious, everything feels brand new and clean, the beds are very comfy as is the bedding, and the tv is big and fully HD I believe. Also, all the furniture was high quality, and the shower/bathroom was very large, with good water pressure and steaming hot water if you wanted it. The lobby/restaurant/general areas of the hotel are also very luxurious. The staff are all very friendly and all spoke English. I was honestly amazed at the price I got this hotel for (99 dollars a night). The food is also very good - Room service was great and the restaurant is even better. I tried almost everything on the room service menu, I would recommend the pasta and the chocolate cake from the room service menu, and anything from the restaurant.

There are only a few things I didn't like about this hotel, mainly it was the ridiculous cost of certain services. For example, the laundry; laundry is always massively overpriced and nice hotels, but they wanted $10 to clean 1 t-shirt, which is outrageous in my opinion. Also, whatever you do DO NOT drink the Evian from the minibar or from anywhere in the hotel, an extra-small bottle of Evian is $10. In fact, the minibar was generally overpriced, so just go to a shop and buy your own water/drinks.

Great hotel, for business. Not for leisure or tourism. Very cold staff. Note that They didn't want to do the VAT exemption of 10% at check out. For forreigners and tourists in colombia hotels must exempt the VAT. It's the law! As a lame excuse The receptionist Julia, said a form need to be filled when arriving. Its their hotel procedure. Then I asked why they didn't hand it to me at my arrival ? So far i registered with a forreign passport ! Which is their procedure mistake then! Not mine. Anyway that was a lame excuse to cover for their sloppiness. So I insisted. And she came with a worse one, that I had to have booked the hotel with a breakfast package! It is unacceptable to be lied bluntly like that and to be so Sloppy in an Hilton. Their staff is more like lazy kids then responsible adults. I do not recommend this hotel. There are better options and better service in bogota. Hilton, this is your worse establishment ! Do something !

After check out allowed to stay in the executive lounge for the afternoon to await flight and luggage storage.Taxi service-great .Comfortable bed! Low noise ,great room,Staff outsanding-really polite and helpful.Discount-great idea.

Everything was amazing

The Hilton is well located in the business center of Bogota and has all facilities you may expect in such kind of a Hotel. The staff is very efficient and also very helpful. The room are well disign and give you a comfortable feeling to stay in, with a very nice bed - european standard covers.

I did get a very good rate, but from a business hotel once should expect that the use of internet is not only free in the lobby area but also in the room itself, where they charge usd 10 a day, which is way a normal charge.

It was very modern, clean and the staff were very friendly. The gym was of a high quality, which is unusual for hotel gyms.

The prices other than the room are amazingly high. Lunch at the hotel restaurant and got stomach pains from the food, most probably the fish. Unexpected from a hotel of that quality

Central location in the financial area, very well equipped and spacious rooms. Quite good restaurant inside the hotel.

This is a fantastic new hotel, all that you would expect from the Hilton chain. Staff were friendly, courtious and bi-lingual with excellent english.

Location is great for business but it is a little walk to the nearest entertainment district. Fortunately I found the area quite safe.
