location to the airport- we were only thre for a few hours the checkin process was very long and slow. It was late- we were going to get very few hours of sleep before going to the airport early in the morning- I did not like the check in process at all- they need to improve it

Staff were friendly and helpful. There were staff members who spoke enough english to understand me. The hotel was very close to shopping and to the airport. My daughter forgot some things in the safe and I found it immpossible to contact the hotel to let them know how to return the items if they found them once I returned home to Canada.

Location, value for money, comfort The hard sound from the bar, we couldn't talk quietly during the incheck. Also get a wrong room ( in consieus) in place I did reserved.

The Location close to the Airport and We were also visiting some friends who live in Salitre Close by. The room was Clean however I found stains on the wall by the entrance door and on the bed cover that looked like red wine stains.. Also I highly recommend that you purchase a few extra sets of dumbells for the gym. 1 set of 30pounds 1 set of 35 pounds 1 set of 40 pounds. For the average guy who works out your heaviest dumbells are 25 pounds it's too light for many exercises... I stayed at the "e Loft" cose by the airport on my last night after I checked out of your location and they have many more dumbells up to 50 pounds and the gym facility is much better. I had to move out of the Holiday Inn because on the night of November 4th (Sunday) your Nightly Rate was $181...so expensive... I stayed at the e Loft a nice 4-5 stars brand new Hotel part of the "Starwood" for $72.00 yes $72...your rate was almost three times more expensive... Why? Also We went to eat at the Sheraton for Dinner..your restaurant does not offer a very appealing Dinner menu., Also the breakfast Buffet was...not very Good :(

El hotel es muy cómodo en cuanto a instalaciones (cama, baño, servicio de wifi en la habitación) y el desayuno está muy bien!! Al momento de llegada el vigilante no me permitió ingresar al hotel. Fue muy descortés y grosero. Al fin me ubicó en la fila del check-in pero con esa actitud tuve para no volver a tener el hotel en cuenta

El hotel es muy confortable y cerca a Ciudad Salitre (Salitre Plaza, Gran Estación y Maloka). Fácil acceso. La nevera del minibar no la revisan ni la surten diariamente. El taxi en el hotel es costoso.

离机场很近，每半小时有一趟机场班车，非常方便，附件有公交站点。酒店设施很好，员工非常友好，另外推荐在- Booking上预定房间，折扣较大。

Sus instalaciones comunes, el confort de la habitación, la atención inmediata a solicitud de resolver problema con control del tv Siendo un hotel cercano al aeropuerto y teniendo presente que algunos vuelos internacionales inician a primera hora y se requiere estar al menos 3 horas con anticipación, no fue posible disponer del servicio de Shuttle porque inicia a las 5:00 A.M. mi vuelo era a las 7:00 A.M., el Shuttle estaba en sitio desde las 4:30 A.M., pero me toco tomar un taxi (van) de servicio a los clientes cuya tarifa me parecio excesiva para la distancia del hotel al aeropuerto. Con ese precio lo llevan del aeropuerto a una distancia como la del hotel Dann en el norte (114 o la calle 100) que estan bastante más alejados.

La ubicación es privilegiada, el ambiente muy moderno y cómodo, la atención es magnífica, el servicio de room service muy bien. La atención en el comedor al desayuno, ya no había suficiente alimentos y los meseros no se esmeraron en la atención.
