You can,t received any family member unless you paid 50 dollars, the last day one hour before I leave, my cousing came to say bye and talk to me, they told me he has to pay $50 dollars they came personally to my apartment and escort him down, like a criminal and with a bad attitude,do not touch the mini bar, botlle of water $5, they advertize pool!!! They got me bad, bad way to avertized

Excellent location. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Excellent channel selection on tv and gorgeous views from higher levels. Free breakfast was very tasty. Building is part of a really nice mini restaurant/bar/casino "mall" which is very convenient. Wifi is ok but well above average in comparison to other South American hotels. 1)Staff are hit and miss.. Once I needed a taxi and they insisted to call me a "safer" one, next time I was told to just "flag" one down.. Next day I needed change for a large bill and was given what I needed... I returned that same day for more change and was told they did not have any change left without even looking! 2)The showers are a nightmare, reminds me of my old apartment when the neighbors would flush toilets you would get scalded. I brought this to the attention of staff but nothing was done about it. I got the "Just deal with it, your in South America" look... 3)Having a total of 3 machines does not constitute a gym but this is a minor gripe. 4) No pool but to be fair I knew this going in so a very minor gripe.

The hotel is perfectly located in the Poblado district. Very modern and on the lower floors there an plenty of restaurants and bars, but which create no noise issue at all. As I had to leave early to the airport I wanted to have breakfast at 6 a.m. but there was nothing prepared yet.

Our room was big and clean, with lots of light and great views of the city. The hotel is. Lose to lots of upscale shopping malls and restaurants. It is also close to bus and metro for easy access to the rest of the city. Taxis are abundent as well. Great rooftop restaurant for breakfast and the buffet is good. Our room smelled bad - possibly moldy? We kept windows open to keep it aired out. The elevator system is definitely too small for a hotel this size. The hotel was quite full when we were there (for Flower Festival) and the elevator could take up to half an hour! We often used the stairs (17 floors) as it was faster. When the hotel emptied out on our last day, this was not an issue.

Great location, walking distance to a number of good restaurants and bars. Close to supermarkets and the downtown business core. Staff were helpful and spoke reasonable english. Internet and breakfast included in the room rate. Two treadmills and an excersie bike does not make a gym.

La ubicación es excelente, aunque para llegar no es muy visible. La comida es buena, variada y suficiente La cortina del baño es muy corta, deberían cambiar por puertas de vidrio, el televisor es un poco antiguo
