Beautiful courtyard, friendly and accommodating staff. It was also in a prime location and not too expensive. I didn't realize that they only took cash, so that was a bit of a surprise when we were checking out. Also, in our room, the bathroom door did not extend up all the way to the ceiling, so any sounds (and smells!) could be heard (smelled) by the other occupants in the room.

Su localización En el momento del check out la funcionario del Hotel manifiesta que Booking.com había cometido un error y que el precio real de mi estancia sería muy superior. Finalmente pagué la suma indicada en la reservación

Ha sido muy amable el personal del lugar. Por problemas entre booking y el hostal, no estaba hecha la reserva de la habitacion, pero muy amablemente el encargado del lugar nos lo soluciono.

Die Lage, Klimaanlage Bei unserer Ankunft (Sonntag, den 26.08.2012 um 15 Uhr) war niemand im Hostal errichbar, weder über die Haustürklingel, noch telefonisch). Nach über 4-std. Fahrt von Santa Marta und beladen mit dem gesamten Reisegepäck und brütender Hitze waren wir not amused. Wir überlegten schon uns eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen. Gegen 16 Uhr versuchten wir es ein zweites Mal. Diesmal öffnete jemand. Aber das gebuchte Dreitbettzimmer stand nicht zur Verfügung. Also mussten wir für 1 Nacht in ein zwar größeres Zimmer, das sich aber in einem renovierungsbedürftigem Zustand befand. Nach einem Zimnmerwechsel am nächsten Tag wurde die Renovierung des ersten Zimmers auch tatsächlich durchgeführt. Außerdem wollte man zuerst den angeblichen Orginalpreis des Zimmers (der ca. 40.000 Pesos teurer war, als der von Booking.com in der Reservierungsbestätigung ausgewiesene Preis) in Rechnung stellen. Erst nach Vorlage einer Kopie der Reservierungsbestätigung blieb es bei dem darin genannten Preis. Das ist ziemlich unprofessionell.
