The hotel is at a beautiful location.

The hotel is quite pricy. The food we got for lunch had a low quality and was quite pricy. Also our stomach wasn't too happy about the food for the rest of the day. Had much better dinner and lunch in guatape in some nice paisa places for a fraction of the price. The rooms were ordered a bit strange. We had to sinks in the bedroom but none in the bathroom. Furthermore, we had a jacuzzi in the bathroom but no warm water. The TV cable was broken which resulted in a very bad image quality and occasionally dropped out of the tv. Neither mentioning this or the cold water at the reception regarded any improvement. The pool looked nice and was very crowded. Also there were two public jacuzzi used as a children playground. I'd recommend to look for some other place or just do a day trip.

Location, boating, el penol, some of the hotel grounds. The staff and housekeeping was exceptional and always eager to help. The good on site was in incredible

The rooms for the price you can get something way better in medellin! Felt a bit unkept and furniture felt used and uncomfortable.

The staff was excellent, but the hotel is not. WiFi did not function in the room. Food is below average. The rooms are old and noisy given it's proximity to the road. The hotel room rate is about twice as much as it's worth.

Wifi marginal, beds rock hard, located a mile outside of Guatape. Not very automated, checkout took 1/2 hr as they had to send someone to the room to check the minimal minibar, and she got waylaid and never came back. They sort of try, but since Guatape is such a popular place, they don't have to try very hard. And they don't.

Unbelievable location. Nice swimming pool. The rooms in the new section are much nicer than the rooms in the older section. They have spectacular views, are more modern, are more spacious (and more costly too, of course).

We first were placed in a room in the older section. The room was nothing special, though it was clean. We upgraded to a beautiful room in the new section, with a view of "La Piedra" and a hottub. Although the room was beautiful, the hotel was noisy late into the night with music playing past 1:00AM. In the morning, someone was either drilling in the room above or moving lots of heavy furniture for about an hour. The Wifi never worked, even after complaining. Finally, the toilet backed up. In short, a place that strives for luxury, but came up short.

The location is superb and nights are beautifully quiet. The staff are generally friendly and helpful. The rock is within walking distance, and a private boat trip was offered at a very good price.

The accommodation is not 4 star; there is lack of care over the details. The loud music blaring from the pool prevents you from relaxing in your room if and when you need to.

I loved the food, the views, the staff, the atmosphere was friendly and there was always something to do and see.

Rooms could use a little updating.

The hotel and its staff was quiet friendly and provide excellent service. I would stay there again but not in room 203.

The first room had bed bugs and when we came into the room that evening a flying cock roach met us in the room.
