A great place for those who don't want to mix with the party-goers in El Poblado. Rooms are excellent! Quiet, great showers and comfortable beds. Staff is always friendly, and helpful.

The rooms - although great - need more light fixtures for those of us who have to do work in our rooms.

Free Wi-Fi Clear organized and new rooms Close to the local airport

At arrival they let you sign a open credit card pay form. This will allow them to take any amount from my credit card otherwise they will not accept me even after the hotel charge was already paid. Breakfast very poor. No vegetables and only tiny piece of fruit. Staff very slow.

Only stayed here for a few hours as plans changed. The room was spacious. Do wish they provided a sofa. Shower was hot. Area was decent but not the best. Would recommend for those interested in a nice hotel. They advertise a pool on their site but it's only for the spa which has a cost. The roof top jacuzzi is free

That they advertise a pool and it's only for use if you purchase a spa treatment. Not a big issue but worth mentioning

The front desk staff were great, the bell hops and housekeeping excellent! Very friendly team and extremely clean.

Very little choice/ selection for breakfast should have choice to purchase something if tired of same free breakfast we were there a week and ended up eating out at other restaurants for breakfast

    Staff was excellent.

Facilities include gym and pool, but there is no gym at the hotel, and the pool is only with reservation with charge through the spa. Restaurant menu looked better than it was.

The lobby of the hotel was elegant. The location was good.

The room was extremely dimly lit to the point of being ridiculous. Mood lighting was one thing but I found myself using my cell phone flash light to get dressed. The beautiful pool and hot tub advertised on your site as part of the hotel is not free to use as a guest. It is an additional charge of over 100 dollars. The staff of the hotel is biased toward American travelers. I went to Medellin to visit a good friend of 6 years when she stopped by my hotel to visit they told me that I could not show her my room and that she was not allowed on the property. She is a teacher at a well respect university in Medellin. They told her that she was most likely a prostitute since that is why American men come to Medellin. I am a police officer in the US and I was extremely insulted at this accusation as well as the insult to my friend. The pool and hot tub was a main reason I picked this hotel and when I discovered that it would cost as much as the room just to use it I was upset. They have a very small hot tub on the roof of the hotel that was free to guests. When I asked to use that they told me that they would have someone turn it on and to wait 10 minutes. I waited and went up to the hot tub only to find it less than half full and infested with bugs. The staff told me he would clean it in 45 minutes... no thanks I don't need a staph infection... I was extremely unhappy with this hotel. It is not as advertised. There are several hotels with in two blocks of this hotel that are less expensive and are more accurately advertised. I paid the equivalent of 100 US dollars so not super expensive by US standards but the hotel I stayed at the next night was only 50 and had a wonderful staff and the pool and hot tub were free and very clean. I do not suggest this hotel to anyone traveling. It is probably a great hotel for locals or someone who can afford to spend 300-400 a night for a better room and use of the spa.

Friendly helpful staff, great location, nice restaurant

Room for 3 (double & single bed) but tiny bathroom & compined basin kitchenette area, great for 1 or a couple, would have been crowded for 3. No coffee or tea in room (but 24hr room service were up in a flash with my coffee

Really cool, innovative, design-y hotel! Bathrooms are nice, staff is very helpful. Excellent location, right in front of a park in the hip, young Laureles neighborhood near many restaurants and bars. I have nothing major to say against this hotel!

The windows don't open in any room and for people who don't like a/c too much, it's kinda annoying. That will be my only criticism

Rooms are pretty, location is great, next to a whole bunch of restaurants. Good choice!

Parking.... I had to get off my car a few times and go around to the front desk, so they could open the garage door.
