    Pretty much everything

Do not book a comfort room. These are across the street in another building, very basic and without air conditioning. Believe me you needed AC when we were there.

I loved the location and the staff were very friendly and accomodating.

Every morning very very early, I was awaken by noise. The towel they give you to take a shower is like a hand towel. I just used the towel they give you for the beach. The lawn chairs were all broken.

Great location on the beach. Shower in the garden after swimming in the sea. Free towels in the reception for the beach. Breakfast outside the hotel

No wifi in the room. only in the garden and reception.

The room was very white and clean.

There was no hot water in rooms, and for us$150 a night you would expect it. The wifi was not available in rooms just in the reception area. There was no pool, balcony or room service. Over all not a very nice place to relax and unwind!

This hotel is strategically placed right at the beach with its own sun lounges, close to shops and restaurants and 2 minutes walk to an ATM. The view from the balcony over the bay is beautiful. The seawater is much cleaner than in the nearby El Rodadero. The village atmosphere is very relaxed and the safety along the beach strip is good thanks to a great number of policemen deployed at all times. The food in the hotel's restaurant is delicious. The staff was very accommodating during my bout of gastroenteritis.

Poor specifications on webpage as it turned out that some of the rooms (DeLuxe Type B) have no windows. We had to upgrade in the last minute to Type A. There is no hot water in the shower. The three light switches in the room were poorly coordinated with the lights, resulting in unexpected combinations - frustrating. Avoid using the footpath to Playa Grande (10 mins walk) before 8am and after 3pm due to security issues.

location perfect, the suite was very nice and comfortable

the suite's jacuzzi was unuseable as it produced cold, brown water with an awful smell!
