I decided to do something different for my birthday this year, and travelled to Santa Marta. This hotel made my staying wonderful! For breakfast they had birthday decoration, a hat and a tie for me and a piece of cake with a candle :) It was so sweet... and made my day special! Every minute in the hotel was fantastic, as employees like Maria and Anthony were asking if I needed anything or if they could help me out. I truly recommend this hotel, it's just wonderful!!!

Little personal place! Only five rooms! Felt home there! Old house very beautiful restruct! Big room! Perfect shower!

Safe was missing in rhe room but we didnt had any problems!

I liked the elegant modern look of this boutique type hotel. Also the friendly and helpful staff and owner. He has a nice restaurant across the street which is convenient after a long day at beaches and parks. Breakfast was healthy and delicious.

I found that the staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. The food was great too and it was good to have options to what to eat.

I had made my reservation two months prior and had requested 2 beds in the room. Upon our arrival, they had only one king size bed available. Another thing, the beach is close, yet this beach isnt recommendable to swim in. So we had to go to el rodadero and other surrounding beaches instead which required taxis.

Very cozzy and confortable hotel, the staff was great and location even better.

Hushed first class attention and service to make sure our sty was comfortable. Beautifully designed and appointed building. Loved the terrace from our room and rooftop terrace which was the main reason I booked here, then was awedby the res when we arrived.

Everything was just perfect!. The location was close to everything. The staff was excellent and very friendly. The breakfast was great!. The room had everything in excellent condition. The decoration of the hotel was very nice. I will return to this hotel.

We can highly recomend this hotel. Very nice and quiet rooms. You have the idea they really want your stay to be perfect and comfy. A minor problem was solved quickly and adequate.

It's small (4 rooms) but with wide spaces, nice and clean rooms and a small pool.

Las instalaciones son buenas, bien situado en el casco antiguo de sta marta, el personal es amable. Todo nos gusto super recomendadisimo!!!

En recepcion la chica comentó que no le gustaban los Alemanes estando mi esposo frente a ella ( es Aleman y amable) él no quizo polemizar. Debería tener atención con algunos comentarios. Fué lo único que no nos gusto. Ella es amable pero le falta experiencia con el tipo de clientes que tiene el hotel.

lo mejor es el personal, kelly en la recepciòn es excelente, asi como las señoras q sirven el desayuno. Es pequeño y eso es bueno porque es bastante silencioso.

la habitaciòn (A) a la que se accedia luego de subir 23 escalones, era muy pequeña, con un ventanal que daba a un patio interior por el que entraba demasiada luz y nos despertaba apenas amanecìa, carecia de cortinas que oscurecen (cuando lo reclamamos colocaron dos cubrecamas cosidos entre si en la ventana que nos impidiò luego correr las cortinas durante el dia) la habitaciòn carece de cajones y el placard son solo dos estantes en la pared. El baño era tan pequeño que los sanitarios parecìan diseñados para niños.

Lo que más nos gusto fue el personal Anthony por su especial atención y entregada ayuda a nosotros, Kelly por su dulzura y dedicación, la Sra Diana por su amabilidad, María por ser tan detallista y su dulzura y Alma por su excelente buen humor y no nos podemos olvidar del Sr. áNgel que fue muy cortés con nosotros, el hotel esta excelentemente ubicado, es seguro, tranquilo y muy acogedor, de verdad fue una opción muy conveniente para nosotros, gracias a todos.

La atención fue excelente, todos fueron muy atentos en especial Diana, muchas gracias.

El Hotel es muy bonito y sus propietarios muy amables, es como una casa en la que se comparten los espacios comunes como el comedor y la piscinita.

la localización no es muy buena, ya que no hay nada que hacer en los alrededores y la playa de la zona es muy mala, la piscina es pequeña y no le da casi el sol

Me pareció excelente, un concepto muy bonito y acogedor, la habitación muy agradable con muchos libros encantadores. La atención muy buena, la información turística que te brindan en recepción también es muy buena. Se preocupan por la comodidad del cliente.

La piscina es pequeña, para mi que no soy amante de las piscinas no hizo diferencia, pero si fuera para alguien que considerara ese detalle importante, el hotel no es la opción.

Es un hotel definitivamente para volver a visitar, acogedor, elegante, la belleza de su construcción y el gusto en la decoración de cada habitación. El personal es de una amabilidad inigualable y que decir de sus propietarios!

La parte colonial de la ciudad

Las playas locales no son lindas, El hotel no tiene Black out en las ventanas por lo q uno se despierta con la salida del sol

El Hotel tiene una excelente ubicación en el centro histórico de Santa Marta. El concepto del hotel igualmente se fusiona con el entorno. La atención de las personas súper agradable. Sus desayunos deliciosos y abundantes. En conclusión un hotel muy agradable.
