terrible room service and also sent burger back three times and they dont really have anyone that speaks good English!! Burger plain meat and bread came out first time lettuce tomato, mayo and cheese, second time onions and mushrooms then they just took off and brought out third time and fourth time was correct except raw??

Security, prompt room service and employess were very accomodating.

In the cafe, the service was very slow, it took too long to get our drinks served as well as our meals. If they had a lot of customers this would be acceptable but we were the only customomers.

Nice hotel with good, helpful staff. Great relationship with Spinning Gym for exercise next door.

Located close to Zona Rosa and very noisy at night until 3 am. Not a great stay if you have morning meetings.

Great hotel in a great location. Worth the cost. Lots of action nearby. spend a few extra bucks and stay in a junior suite. The extra space is worth it.

Extremely poor service in general. It took the the 3 receptionists 20 minutes to print out my bill ! ! Door man was useless. He could not even get me a taxi but wanted me to take the hotel car to the airport at double the price of a yellow taxi - because he said that taxis were difficult to get on a Sunday morning - which of course was a blatant lie ! !

I dont know why Booking.com Sells a 5 stars Hotel and when you arrive is not a 5 stars hotel, for us it is something terrible and since now we dont know if trush in Booking.com or not???

The staff is very friendly. All the hints the concierge told us were useful specially the car service they arranged for us to our private tour to Zipaquirá (Salt Park with Salt Cathedral) and a second day on a city tour. The driver is very polite and attentive. We had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

There is no lounge on the main floor. The restaurant isn't good for a night meal. We ordered a simple soup but wasn't good although the breakfast is satisfactory.

The staff is great like everywhere in colombia. Rooms aren't big but they are perfect. Bed is super comfortable.

Bit old hotel -accordingly the rooms

The location in the zona rosa is ideal as you are near the cool restaurants and bars. The breakfast of fruit, cereals, yoghurt and eggs really sets you up for the day. But above all the staff are the reason to stay at the Morrison. Nothing is too much trouble it would seem, was upgraded to suite as original room was a bit small, provided with charger for phone as had forgotten same. Overall really recommend this hotel.

From Wednesday to Fri the local clubs really get going and the noise does get a bit much. Overcome by use of earplugs! Not the fault of the hotel just something to be aware of if staying at Morrison.

Very secure but done well so one is always comfortable. Location is surrounded by restaurants and shopping areas Also easy to get around for meetings.

Gostei muito da cordialidade dos funcionários. Pedimos um quarto silencioso e fomos atendidos com um quarto muito confortável, com vista para uma praça. O hotel é muito limpo e a localização é perfeita, numa zona segura e cheia de barzinhos charmosos e lindos shoppings.

A localização é fantástica e a equipe muito atenciosa.

Faz muito barulho a noite por conta das discotecas próximas, e o chuveiro é muito ruim, pressão fraca, a temperatura fica variando muito.

La ubicacion del hotel es perfecta. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Los cuartos no son muy grandes, pero son super comfortables.El buffet de desayuno es delicioso y una vez mas el personal del hotel es muy profissional y amable.

Economico pero no por el precio, viejo, feo, en Europa ni siquiera le darian tres estrellas. A una persona del grupo le asignaron una hab. En el piso 7 y le dijeron que tenia que subir las escaleras porque el ascensor no llegaba hasta ese piso ( uno solo, y bien lento) Despues de haber estado en Colombia varias veces tengo que mencionar que tienen la peor y mas pobre seleccion en el desayuno. Horrible
