The staff made the stay for us, they all made us feel so welcome and nothing was a problem.

The staff were great and very friendly. They went out of their way to help you with local information etc. very enjoyable here and quiet too.

I was always hungry aft breakfast. Also, they chraged us IVA. Foreigners are exempt from Clombian IVA.

Got robbet with a knife 100 meters from hotel entrance at 10:00 am and had to pass the entire day in the police to have bandits arrested. After locals said that this particular area is dangerous and it's better to live closer to the center... Thus: beware of the danger and if u decide to stay here use taxi and don't carry anything valuable on/with u

It was close to most of the mayor city sites. It was clean, the staff was friendly and the decor was quaint and comfortable. Make sure to visit the terrace!

Hotel Muisca is a comfortable hotel very well located in the Caldelaria district. The staff is very friendly and service oriented, and they made every effort to ensure we had a comfortable and safe stay in Bogota. Aside from that, I felt that Hotel Muisca was a good value for hte price. I would defiinitely recommend Hotel Muisca to others.

Although well located in the Candelaria district, Hotel Muisca is located on a hill. Be prepared to have to exert a bit of effort to walk up a slightly steep few streets to make it to the hotel. Not really a big deal, but probably good for some to know.

The arquitecture of the building and the attetion of the staff.

Our stay at Hotel Musica was perfect! It is a small boutique hotel that has a staff that bent over backwards to make our stay perfect. Carlos at the front desk recommend a wonderful restuarant just down the street that gave us a gourmet taste of Columbia food. Location was conveniently located to Central Bogota old district. Safe to walk home after dinner if not too late. Taxi's are easy to catch if someone doesn't feel comfortable walking back to he hotel. Ther entire hotel had a wonderful feel, nicely decorated and was very clean. We enjoyed the small intimate courtyard area with tables and chairs after a day of sightseeing. We could sit out there and do our e-mails and enjoy rthe evening. We would highly recommend Hotel Musica to anyone who enjoys small boutique hotels and would like to have a real feel of Bogota.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Muisca, we only stayed one night but we found the hotel to be clean, the staff we're very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is one of the cutest I've ever been and the staff is extremely friendly and professional. Next time I go to Bogotà I will go back there, no doubt!!!!

Hotel is charming and the staff id friendly.

The room was dark and very cold. There is only one english speaker on the staff and the walk back from the main center is very steep. Finally, the area is dangerous at noight. I would stay closer to themain square.

Our favorite parts of our stay were the friendly helpful staff and the wonderful atmosphere of the hotel. It is truly unique and beautiful. There was no street noise, only the sound of the waterfalls and the andina music played softly through the common areas, of which there are many (waterfalls and common areas). Breakfast was wonderful each morning. The room was always very clean and the staff quickly learned how we perferred things. We were eleven days in the hotel and it never grew tiresome. The location allows an easy walk to mosts of the more interesting historical sites in Bogota. For greater distances, the staff called a cab, and carefully confirmed the cab number prior to allowing us to board. Wonderful vacation.

Very nice ambience.

The Hotel Muisca is absolutely charming. The rooms are lovely and spotlessly clean. The property has all kinds of social spaces: rooftop terrace, patio, bar/cafe, steam bath. The breakfasts are yummy and the cafe has additional food options 24/7. But the best part of the hotel is the staff--they are friendly and helpful. Perfect location for a Bogota visit.

Outstanding service, really friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel I Has a real cozy b&b feel with many Muisca Indian themes throughout the building. Breakfast was excellent. T,he rooms were quiet, very clean and comfortable.

The location is a little distant from plaza Bolivar and hilly. No elevators, but the staff will help with luggage.
