Rooms were large and staff were very friendly and cooperative Building is still been renovated which makes it look very untidy - this should have been mentioned in the reservation. Also the room was a bit cold

Friendly, helpful staff very accommodating and willing to help. Rooms clean and bright, free wifi, I felt safe and looked after. Breakfast was included and when I arrived 5 minutes after the "closing time" I still got fed by the staff member. Spanish speaking staff were great but my Spanish is poor and they had no English so we struggled a bit. Just a observation really as the staff were excellent.

-Limpieza -Eficacia -Atencion del personal, EXCELENTE!! - Wifi..aun no está al 100%. complicaciones en la conexion contstante. - Ruido. Las ventanas parecen estar abiertas por la noche...mucho ruido. - Pack de Gimnasio mas economico..al final de dia en dia sale muy caro.

Après une dizaine de séjours dans cet hôtel, mon opinion reste inchangée : un excellent rapport qualité prix dans un quartier agréable, et un ecxellent acceuil.
