Quiet neighborhood a half hour from the airport ($12 cab). Excellent service, quiet at night, very clean, very inexpensive on sale. The bed had a dip in the middle which hurt our backs, so we pulled the top mattress on the floor and it was fine.

Se encuentra ubicado en un excelente sector de Bogotá, cerca a la troncal de Transmilenio de la Avenida Suba y centros comerciales. Una Zona muy segura y con gran oferta comercial. El personal es un tanto flemático, debe ser por la forma de ser del Bogotano. El desayuno es bastante básico, un huevo, un panecillo y café.

La ubicaciòn es excelente, la atención de sus empleados y el estilo familiar del hotel. En la habitación No. 7 se siente un chorro de agua permanente sobre todo en las noches y corresponde a dos tanques de almacenamiento que se encuentran sobre el techo de este apartamento. Es agua potable derramandose y que debemos cuidar. Este derrame hace ruido y no deja dormir.

La situacion de la casa hotel,cerca del bulevar niza. Supuestamente dicen que es un hotel pero en realidad es una casa hotel,el servicio de internet es malo,el aseo muy pesimo y ya tiempo de cambiar toallas.

Niza is a very familiar place. Quite close to the Transmilenio and Niza Bulevard comercial center. There's a good comercial area nearby with several things. Since it's located un a residential area it's very quiet and calm, with few people on the streets. The bedroom is good, confortable and with cable TV. The night guy from the reception is very sweet! The shower has weak water, but it's hot. The wi-fi kept disconnecting and having poor signal.

El lugar de ubicación es tranquilo y seguro. Más que no me haya gustado, quiero hacer sugerencias de mejoramiento, por ejemplo: El jardín trasero de la casa debe mejorarse, la entrada a un lugar es la primera impresión, por eso ese hermoso corredor inicial, se vería mucho mejor con otra decoración.

La posibilidad de descansar en un ambiente tan familiar y tranquilo. Se puede trabajar confortablemente en los ambientes compartidos. Sobresaliente relación calidad/precio. La calidad de la señal del wifi se podría mejorar.

Es un buen apart, sencillo pero completo. Cuenta con todo lo que se necesita para una estancia con un niño pequeño. Lo están refaccionando, así que es de esperar que mejoren algunos detalles. La ubicación es buena, cerca del transmilenio y dos centros comerciales y relativamente próximos al aeropuerto y al centro histórico. Podrían mejorar el agua caliente. En la ducha sale tibia, los lavatorios no cuentan con ella.

Le prix et le nourriture ont été très bons. La réaction du personnel de l’hôtel face à un désagrément que nous avons eu. Voici un rapport complet (en anglais) sur ce qui s'est passé: I stayed two times within the last month in this hotel accompanied by my wife and my 2-year-old son. We chose this hotel because it was located at walking distance from my mother’s house, and given that she was ill and could not receive us in her own house, this was a perfect choice. The first time, we had an average experience. The room was very small and the cleanliness of the bathroom was far below Colombian standards (which are usually very high). However, the breakfast was good and the price was fair enough for what we got (about 50 US$ per night). Our second experience started very well and ended with a nightmare. We got room 18, which appeared to be a huge “suite” composed by a kitchen and two rooms with unnumbered doors (this is VERY important). Each room had three beds, a plasma TV and an unclean bathroom, similar to what we got the first time. The person in charge simply gave us the keys and left without saying any further information. We said to ourselves: now you are talking of a bargain! The first day-night went on without any problems. On the second day, we left our “suite” in the morning after barring the outer door and leaving both inner rooms open. We arrived at 10pm with our son sleeping in our arms and found out that the lights of the “suite” were on and that someone was sleeping in the room that we were not using. Completely alarmed, I went to the front desk and talked with the person in charge (a simple watchman who identified himself as “Elio”). He told us that the situation was completely normal because we were only paying for one room within an “apartment”, and that the other person got the other room (the unnumbered room 19).
