-La información que nos han brindado sobre desplazamientos por la ciudad. La amabilidad de todos los empleados. La amplitud de los espacios. Puede parecer algo simple, pero el furgoncito que dejan aparcado al frente del hotel le quita elegancia al conjunto de la fachada. A la entrada, en la recepción, la pared del fondo es muy oscura, si cambiaran ese tono le darían alegría y luz a esa zona.

Excelente atencion, muy antento el personal del hotel, andres, fredy, la señora morenita de la cocina, los meseros, el mesero jovencito de la noche, la señora que atendia la habitacion, en general es como en la casa y el sector espectacular, muchas gracias a todos. Muy poco tiempo.

Falta una carpeta descriptiva en cada habitación de manera que el huésped tenga acceso fácil y rápido a la información de: Horario de Desayuno, almuerzo, cena, uso de piscina y otros servicios, clave de acceso wifi, marcado a teléfonos nacionales e internacional, horario de check-out, etc.

Buena ubicacion Realmente no es un bien hotel, por el mismo precio se puede conseguir algo mejor, las habitaciones no son buenas, hay muchas cosas por reparar y las fotos no muestran la realidad

Ruhige, sichere Lage, netter Pool und Terrasse! Hilfreiches Personal! Kolibris sieht man schon beim Frühstück..... können wir nur empfehlen! Ein guter Einstieg in Medellin!! ( s. a. Bogota Hotel Muisca ) etwas umständlich zu Fuss zur Metro aber mit dem Taxi kein Problem, insofern kein wirklicher - Punkt

Es un lugar muy tranquilo y apacible, el sector es bastante tranquilo, ideal para tener días de descanso y reposo. Las almohadas de las camas podrían ser mejores y para mejorar las opciones de desayuno.

La ubicación y el servicio excelentes ! Si . la atención de las camareras en el aseo fijarsen mas que todo en la habitación quede completo y presentable . TAMBIÉN LES HACE FALTA ALGUIEN QUE SUBA Y BAJE MALETAS SEGURIDAD EN LAS PUERTAS DE LAS HABITACIONES CUANDO YA SE ESTA DENTRO DE LA HABITACIÓN

Su ubicacion. El trato del señor que nos recibio muy amable, y servicial Si. El trato de La recepcionista en el momento de hacer el chekout fue muy displicente. Se presento un inconveniente con un alimento en el desayuno (pelo). No tomaron el correctivo y lo tomaron muy deportivamente, no presentaron disculpas formales.

El personel del hotel han sido muy amables, sobre todo uno de los camareros y las chicas de recepción. El habitación que tuvé era amplia y la cama comoda, pero falta mas luz y en el baño y quisa un poco de actualizacion. El ubicación es excelente por su seguridad y tranquilidad, pero no hay sitios de ocio cerca. Nada realmente. Es un hotel agradable, con un buen relación precio- calidad.

Es un hotel pequeño, confortable, barato y bastante familiar. Pese a que yo fui con amigos y solo lo utilicé para dormir unas 4 horas diarias me gustó mucho!! Esta ubicado en poblado no cerca del parque lleras pero a 5 minutos o a $5000 pesos en taxi, la verdad me gustó mucho ya que esta un una zona residencial bastante tranquila.
