눉As soon as you arrive, you realize that the hotel is extremely understaffed, so you have to wait at the lobby for them to find your reservation (around 45 minutes). After you finally receive the keys, good luck finding your room because there’s no staff available to take you to your suite. Also please arrive with your swimming suit at hand, because the luggage will take at least forty-five more minutes to arrive.
Finding a beach chair at the "exclusive", somehow private beach after 9:00 am was impossible. So be prepared to enjoy the sun in the bare, rough sand. They have 1,000+ guest and they’re not prepared for that traffic.
At the “exclusive” beach, we very often encountered other guests with their own sound systems listening to music out loud: great for an exclusive resort, huh? Same scenario at some of the pools: “exclusive” guests listening to their own super loud music
Once again: if you’re looking for an exclusive, luxury hotel this is not the right place for you. This is an all-inclusive Decameron, designed for families. If you’re young and you don’t have kids, do not visit this hotel. Find another hotel, in some of the other Rosario islands where the accommodations might be more convenient.
눇The location of this hotel is outstanding, staff is amazingly friendly, the food is okay and the infrastructure is somehow impressive. However, this is not a five-star resort: this is an all-inclusive Decameron, so put your expectations on a "Decameron" realistic level, and keep in mind that this is a family-oriented, understaffed hotel.
If you're looking for luxury, exclusive, pleasant accommodations: this is NOT the place for you.
