Wonderful rooms with above and beyond service. The staff were so helpful, even though i came alone it was like having friends and family to help organise and advise everything I wanted to do.

The staff were really helpful and did whatever they could to help me. One of the most helpful establishments I stayed at. The facilities were very good including the pool which was very welcome in the heat.

wished they did a light breakfast, something like coffee and toast even if it was DIY with a toaster & kettle would be fine just to save looking around for somewhere first thing.

actually, the place felt a bit run down. no toilet seat, broken shower, pool looked not well maintained.

More it is hard to know if I have pre-paid due to Booking.com. Your e- mails are not clear. Confusing. I am willing to discuss with your employess how the e-mails are quite unclear re. Whether I have actually paid in advance- I thought I had, hotel said I had not.

Reservé habitación por valor de $65.000 y al día siguiente de haber llegado me informaron que valía $120.000 para dos personas. En ninguna parte del mundo incrementan el doble para dos personas. La diferencia en precio para una o para dos personas en Leticia es entre $5.000 y $20.000, máximo. Esto del hostal Santa Helena es una usura desmedida y en lugar de llamarse Santa Helena debería tener el nombre de Agiotista o Usurero.

Señores booking, párese que me quedo un problema con ustedes quise reservar un hotel en bogota y no pude porque tengo cosas pendientes con ustedes que las arreglara primero, por favor me quieren ayudar con este problema y enviarme un paz y salvo por parte de ustedes, el hotel que me contestesto esto en bogota fue hotel la mansion, por favor nesecito su ayuda. Très bien situé à 5 minutes des commerces dans une rue calme, l'hotel santa helena est d'un rapport qualite prix excellent. Léonardo le propriétaire de l'hotel est au petit soins pour les touristes; Piscine clim confort et propreté sont au rendez vous pour un excellent séjours. N'hésiter pas !!

De door ons gereserveerde kamer was niet beschikbaar. Het alternatief van twee kamers voor een echtpaar was niet erg handig. Uiteindelijk noodgedwongen (we waren doodmoe van de reis) gekozen voor veel kleinere kamer (nog niet de helft) met smal (1.40 m') bed, terwijl 1,80 gevraagd was! Geen kortingsaanbod of wat dan ook, dus ontevreden!!!!

En relacion con el precio es un hotel que no tiene ni siquiera lo basico como una jabonera en el baño para colocar el jabon el toallero es una puntilla, espejo malo le falta lo basico que debe tener un hotel hay una nevera pero sola ni siquiera venden agua, en terminos generalesal hotel le falta mucha cosa, la piscina es muy sucia nunca cambian el agua y el fondo es muy cochino

Das Santa Helena ist ein gut geführtes Familienhotel. Der Inhaber und seine Familie gehen in herzlicher Weise auf die Wpnsche der Gäste ein und bieten Unterstützung bei der Auswahl von Restaurants und der Gestaltung des Ausflugsprogramms an. Bei einer durch Flugplanänderungen von LAN Airlines notwendig gewordenen Verkürzung des Aufenthalts wurden die Übernachtungspreise problemlos den neuen Gegebenheiten nach unten angepasst. Auch eine Belegung von Doppelzimmern mit Einzelpersonen führte zu einer Preisreduzierung, obwohl das Buchungssystem diese Möglichkeit nicht auswies. Den Umstand, das keine Frühstück angeboten wird, empfanden wir trotz anfänglicher Befürchtung nicht als Nachteil, da es auf Grund der zentralen Lage des Hotels problemlos möglich war, in den umliegenden Cafeterias ein abwechslungsreiches und preiswertes Frühstück zu erhalten. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenhalt im Hotel Santa Helena restlos zufrieden.

Приезжая в этот отель и в этот город разумеется было ясно что за эти деньги это не будет пятизвездочный отель. Я ждала гораздо более худшего. По факту оказалась отличная комнатка рядом с басейном в котором я плавала, работающий wifi!! Оочень дружелюбная и гостеприимная хозяйка Мария Елена!

Маловата комната. Для одного человека -ок. Двоим будет тесно. Напор воды ооочень слабый в душе.

Accueil chaleureux, prévenance, politesse, sans exagération ni obséquiosité. Chambre 4 très grande, salle de bain très spacieuse, bon niveau d'équipement. Beau jardin, piscine. Très bien situé.

No cuenta con internet, ni televisión 24 horas.Tampoco se puede pagar con tarjetas de crédito, y lo aseguran tanto en la página como a la hora del registro. Me cobraron el valor establecido en la reserva, pero me entregaron un recibo por menor valor.

Les propriétaires sont vraiment très gentils et ils essayent de satisfaire vos besoins. La piscine est petite mais suffisante pour que les enfants puissent profiter , se rafraichir et jouer. Nous avons passé un très bon moment.

Bien que le café est offert a volonté, il manquerai l'option petit déjeuner le matin..

エレナさんはとても素敵な方。その息子さんが空港で出迎えてくれた。バイクしかないため結局タクシーでホテ- ルまで行ったのだが、家庭的でとても感じの良いホテル。プールが予想外に立派だった。近所にレストランやス- ーパーマーケットがあり、港やブラジル国境までも歩いて行ける。室内に冷蔵庫、エアコン、扇風機がある。

ゆったりくつろげる雰囲気なので、キッチンが使えるか朝食が付いていると長居できそう。コロンビアでは一般- 的だが、シャワーはお湯が出ない。総合的に料金は少し高いかなと思う。
