Buena habitación y buena restauración; personal agradable y bien dispuesto. Buen Business Center y sala de reuniones VIP Pésimo Internet; no tiene sentido que un hotel que tiene a gala ser sede de negocios, obligue a pagar aparte por ese seervicio, esencial para los negocios. Mal acceso a la wifi, lento, reiterativo y sin recordar tu conexion anterior, aunque compres una tarjeta para varios días. Valoración del Iternet, mala.

Foi tudo ótimo, nada a reclamar. O único ponto fraco é que fica bem distante das áreas turísticas mas é super perto do aeroporto. Localização. O táxi é inevitável.

tienen un servicio exelente!. me encanto la abitacion tiene lo Q se necesita. Y el restaurante ni se dija. espetacular el cafe. me encanto todo. espero volver pronto! gracias lo unico es que se escucha el ruido de las demas abitaciones.

Procedimiento de check-in extremadamente lento y complicado. Arribé después de medianoche y me tuvieron 15 minutos pidiendo datos, firmas, garantías (soy miembro hace años del sistema de fidelidad de Sheraton...). Además de la clásica garantía de pago mediante tarjeta de crédito, me querían obligar a firmar una garantía de pago llamada "early check out", bien complicada, a nombre del apoderado del hotel, que parecía más un solicitud de crédito que a un check in.

Su cercanía al aeropuerto de Bogotá es insuperable. Pero queda muy alejado del centro histórico y la zona norte de la ciudad, de modo que se complica trasladarse a dichas zonas rápidamente. Su personal es muy amable. Y tiene un servicio de in-out al aeropuerto como así también un servicio de taxis diferenciales cuyos precios son bastante buenos para la comodidad y calidad del servicio. En especial Andrés se comportó como un excelente guía. El servicio de mantenimiento del hotel se dispuso a reparar desperfectos de construcción en el quinto piso antes de las 08 hs. de la mañana de manera que a partir de esa hora todos los huéspedes de los pisos cercanos no podíamos descansar. Y eran días de fin de semana.

El desayuno es bueno y el transporte desde y hasta el aeropuerto hacen mas cómoda la estadía El personal del hotel es poco amable a pesar de ser un hotel costoso. La zona húmeda del hotel tenía muy mal olor y varios de los servicios no estaban funcionando.

it's close to the airport. The internet service is just terrible, they give you a 2 hours pass or you can buy 24 hours but the systeme is so annoying you have to put the code very now and then even with the 24 hours pass. the hotel is over staffed and they are to many people asking you the same question. In the restaurent they are so many that they just keep doing the same thing and it get annoying. The area is kinda dead I guess you have to walk a few blocks to find life.
