Service and amenities are just great. We really enjoyed our stay

Great location but the best thinh in this hotel is the outstanding service and friendliness of staff.

Very nicely appointed rooms. Very clean. Good loaction if you want to be close to some fine restaurants and some of the big shopping malls and shopping areas. A bit far away from the Candelaria (Historic) District.

During my last stay staff was not really warm, though professional except the driver service from and to the airport. Was picked up by a driver, did not help with the luggage, had to put luggage myself to the trunk. Considering that you pay three times more for that service than a regular taxi I did not consider this appropriate. After check out I wanted a regular cab after the bad experience in the beginning. The door man was supposed to find me a taxi, after 25 minutes I told him that I will take care of the taxi search by myself. I found this pretty embarrassing. Gratefully enough I calculated some extra time to get to the airport, otherwise it could have become very tight to catch my flight.

Excellent location. We were worried about personal safety in Bogota, as this was our first visit. Hotel is well located - felt very safe walking in the area at night. Staff very well informed and helpful - most speak excellent English (better than our Spanish) and took care of all our needs. We also looked forward to the chocolates every evening that came with the bed turn down services. Every day it was a different chocolate suprrise - a small treat at the end of the day when you're tired from touring everywhere.

We had asked the doorman to hail a taxi for us and he called the hotel car which ended up costing us more than twice what a city cab would have cost. Perhaps they assume if we can afford to stay in the hotel that money is no object, but in fact our splurging on the hotel meant penny pinching elsewhere. They were apologetic and receptive and next time we were more specific about our needs.

Hicimos una reserva del 26 al 29 pero por motivos personales teniamos q salir el 28 y pedimos el favor q nos cambiara el dia 29 por el dia 30 y no lo hicieron

No muy buena conexion internet

La ubicación es muy buena, el hotel muy lindo y el servicio muy bueno, cuidan los detalles y el personal es muy amable. El desayuno también es bueno.

No tiene alberca

Habitaciones claustrofóbicas. Pésimo servicio de lavandería, retrasándose un día, sin ninguna explicación previa. Mal mantenimiento (puerta de ducha no cerraba) Estúpido hábito de iniciar las conversaciones en frances. Lejos de resultar chic, es ridículo. En sábado, con el hotel vacio, solicité late check out y me dieron 1h y 45m, solamente.

el hotel está en medio de los mejores restaurantes y centros comerciales. Sus instalaciones son de un excelente gusto y la atención de su personal, no se queda atrás. Felicitaciones!

Ubicado en la Zona Rosa, cerca de muchos restaurantes buenos y centros comerciales. Habitaciones son grandes, lindos banos. buena atencion del personal.

habitaciones pequeñas para la categoria del hotel, el precio es muy elevado. considero que el hotel esta en un nivel de 4 estrellas no de 5, el baño solo tiene un lavabo, no lo pueden utilizar dos persona el tiempo, ademas es muy oscuro.

La estacia en el Hotel fue estupenda. La atención que brinda el personal es impecable. La ubicación, inmejorable. En plena zona T, muy cerca de todo. Cuando vuelva a Bogotá me quedaré en el Victoria Regia, sin duda.

The hotel is extremely well located. Our room was very comfortable and stylish. The bathroom was also very beautiful, though too small.

When I reserved my room through Booking, I was told my credit card would only be used to guarantee my reservation, as usual. However, the hotel charged the amount referring to my whole stay! I contacted Booking, and the customer service was very prompt in offering to refund what I had paid, as the hotel refused to do that. I must say I only did not accept because I was really looking forward to staying at this specific hotel. It was, however, a very bad first impression - one they did not try to make up for, by, for example, offering us free breakfast or anything of the kind.
