Location to shopping. Rooms were very large. Pool area. Security. Attached to a shopping cente. 3pm check out time!! Mold issue in the hotel. Staff seemed unaware of certain things the hotel offered.

Bathroons Staff, facilities , breakfast. In sum, we expected more than what it really is. Staff is too young to attend guests. They were disinterested ( reception, restaurant , and luggage carriers).

Nice employees except they would not change my dollar bill for pesos when I did not have any more pesos. On my check out, I requested to borrow the vacuum cleaner from house cleaning to vacuum seal my plastic bags in my suitcase and they said to would be there in 10 minutes, no one came in 15 minutes.

las instalaciones en los baños - se sale el agua de las duchas y rueda hasta la mitad del cuarto- estoy aun esperando a los de mantenimiento. Ya sali del hotel y aun no han ido.

El hotel es amable y buenas habitaciones, un personal amable y dispuesto a generar una buena estancia. Para ser tan nuevo el hotel se ve deteriorado en pintura interior y en sus habitaciones, la silla del escritorio totalmente dañado su tapizado, muchisimo polvo en toda la habitacion y tiene un problema complejo de humedad. El espacio de la piscina muy muy reducido, se ve descuidada la zonas humedas.

Las camas espectaculares !!, perdimos el desayuno de lo profundo del sueño...jajajaja... Lo recomiendo solo o en pareja!! Por ubicación, confort y servicio !! La habitación tenía un poco de olor a humedad!

El personal del hotel estaba super dispuesto a ayudarnos. Nos consiguieron transporte hacia Santa Marta. Falta un poco de información turística sobre qué hacer en Barranquilla. Quizás unos folletos hubieran sido de gran ayuda.

comodo, buen desayuno, personal atento. bueno para descanzar es un hotel normal un poco lejos del centro comercial ya que el que tiene no tiene nada que llame la atencion un olor de ambientador penetrante para mi gusto,

Excelentes las habitaciones. Falta más amabilidad del personal de recepción. El día de mi salida sin que yo lo solicitara entro un señor que parecía un policía a revisarme el minibar, me pareció de mal gusto, interrumpieron mi descanso.
