Friendly staff and location. Good value for money.

Even though this was not my situation, I do not recommend this hotel for persons with any sort of disability or limited mobility. Hotel located in a historical building (which is interesting) but no elevator.

location is perfect though far away from the best beaches. staff is friendly but scarse..only one person at front desk at any time to attend every need

quite expensive for what they offer. e.g.no in room minibar no restaurant or room service..even the most expensive rooms lack the basics like hairdriers...

Very clean rooms, rooftop deck, small but efficient rooms, good central location, great (very functional) air conditioning, great breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff (who made sure we didn't pay more than the standard rate to the airport which is COL 10,000)

There is a casino nearby that blares music from 10am until the wee hours of the night- some rooms have a window that faces this place- ask for a quieter room and/or bring earplugs- the location is worth it.

The rooms were lovely and the wireless LAN works fast.

The breakfast wasn't enough. You get the same everyday.

Very good location, in the main spot of the walled city. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and cosy, with a king sized bed.

Although it didn't bothered me that much, the room they gave me was extremely noisy, just in front of an outdoor nightclub. The staff was very friendly, but it looks like they didn't know very much about the tourism and it was difficult to get an accurate information.

Lovely little hotel inside the old city walls, easy walk to all the local sights. Nice big room with A/C which actually works.

A bit pricey for the location.

The location is quite good and all the staff in the reception ara very nice and kind to help you.

I lived in the hotel for 6 days from Oct 13 to 19, 1800 dolares out of 5000 was missing in the security box of the hotel room, the key was on my hand for alway but the hotel has another copy which I didn't know. It is interesting that the thief didn't take all the money and has the key to open de door and security box at day time. I made de report to the local police immediately. But I was really disappointed with the reaccion of the Hotel, they said that they are not responsible all the money stored in the security box inside the room, only responsible for the money stored in the reception. The boss of the hotel did not sincerely applogize and eager to find what was wrong with their hotel but doubted that I did not have enough money to pay the hotel and I was lying, it's awful, I will strongly alert you to take great care of your money stored in the security box in the room if you choose to live in the hotel. I hope I am the last victim.

The place was very clean, the staff is really friendly, the air conditioner works great which is completely necessary on Cartagena, the hotel is on the historic center which is awesome because you have things to do just steps away from you. In front of the hotel there was some groups dancing and playing some folkloric music and that was really entertaining.

I got a junior suite but it wasn't really like it, the bathroom was really small there was no room for two people, if you are going on a romantic plan that is not good. There was some noise at night but I heard from friends that all the apartments and locations on the historic center have the same problem because the constructions are old. There was no variety on the breakfast that is include on the price, eggs fruits and toasts everyday but it was yummy. There's something else, you have to take stairs to get to the rooms which is not a problem to me but maybe to some people could be, good thing that there was a guy on the staff who carried my bags to the third floor, kinda feel bad about it.

Su ubicación en la ciudad. La atención del personal.

La falta de cambio de la ropa de cama y baño diario, lo hicieron solo una vez en los 7 días de alojamiento. El desayuno, muy escaso y de baja calidad. Precio muy elevado en relación al servicio brindado.

La ubicación es excelente cerca del muelle para las islas del Rosario y de toda la ciudad amurallada.Está conservada la decoración de la casona, y muy amables el personal y la dueña.

El desayuno podría ser mas abundante.

Nos gusto ubicación , seguridad y atención del personal. Ideal para estar cerca de todo. Muy cómodo y limpio

Hotel muito limpo, bem localizado e com uma equipe realmente amável e respeitosa.

O banheiro não tem água quente, o que é compreensível, visto que a cidade é muito quente, porém sai pouca água tanto do chuveiro quanto da pia.

Gostei do atendimento! Cama e tv bons. Otima localização.

A localização, o tamanho do quarto, a cama e a cordialidade dos funcionarios.

O atendimento das pessoas do hotel. Foram muito gentis e atenciosas sempre. Houve uma falta generalizada de água na cidade por 3 dias. No segundo dia, o hotel ficou sem água, mas elas sempre providenciaram meios para remediar, conseguindo alternativas para o nosso banho e limpeza dos banheiros.

Para mim não atrapalhou, mas não recomendaria para pessoas com crianças pequena ou quem gosta de lugar calmo, sem barulho. Para quem gosta de agito, não existe ponto melhor na cidade. Fica no lugar mais movimentado, onde as festas e palcos são montados.,de qualquer forma, depois da meia-noite o barulho acaba.

La ubicación del hotel era bastante buena, dado que se encontraba en una de las principales plazas de la ciudad amurallada. El personal de recepción y del comedor en el desayuno eran bastante amables y serviciales. El hotel era muy acogedor, y prácticamente podías rondar por allí como si estuvieras en tu casa.

El hotel era muy ruidoso. No apto para descansar. Se encuentra en una plaza muy concurrida, en donde hay bares y restaurantes, bullicio de gente hasta altas horas de la madrugada y además, por la tarde incluso había grupos de batucadas que tocaban sin parar. Tampoco me gustó, que en hotel hubiese obras. Desde buena mañana te despertaban con los golpes, incluso en domingo, había un empleado que se puso a rascar y pintar en las paredes próximas a la habitación.

Es un perfecto engaño. En realidad se trata de lo que en España conocemos como una pensión de una o dos estrellas como máximo. Lo único que tiene de hotel de cuatro estrellas es el precio. No tiene ascensor y los escalones agotan por lo altos que son; el edificio es una cochambre; cuando llueve, el agua entra por la ventana y la habitación se inunda; el wifi no funcionó en todo el tiempo; los desayunos, lamentables; la habitación, raquítica y espartana; ni jaboncillo te ponen en el baño; fuera, en la plaza, un escándalo de tambores día y noche que no dejan descansar. En resumen: para olvidar, o adecuado sólamente para masoquistas. No debería estar permitido este tipo de fraudes al turista, porque te arruina las vacaciones. Y tampoco deberían ofrecerlo las agencias de viajes.

O maior diferencial e atencao dos funcionarios muito gentis e solicitos. Parabens a equipe.

Muito barulho no final da tarde, com apresentacao de shows culturais na praca. A ausëncia de elevador e de corrimáo para acesso as escadas. No final da estadia a proprietaria gentilmente instalou um corrimáo para facilitar o acesso principalmente para os idosos.
