This is a fairly new hotel. The facility itself is very modern. The staff was excellent and tried there best to make you comfortable. The food is excellent, as good as I have experienced in Colombia. There is a discotheque next door, so I would check room location as weekend music might be an issue. We were relocated to an interior room to overt any problem. The staff is very good and eager to please.

Su diseno, la combiancion de colores, las habitaciones, los acabados , la lenceria, las almohadas, duvets,amenities,duchas, iluminacion, espacios ..Claro su personal es excepcionalmente amable y profesional...este hotel supero mucho mis espectativas y desde ayer se lo he comentado a un gran numero de personas...Feliciades a los duenos y a su personal...que bueno es saber que dia por dia hay opciones tan buenas cono el ZiOne...

Las instalaciones y el personal. El destino espectacular. Hubo un daño en la habitación y no nos hicieron cambio de esta. Nos quedamos sin agua y casi no nos podemos bañar. El hotel debería haber realizado cambió de habitación o por lo menos un descuento en la tarifa.

Nuevo,moderno y cómodo Se siente ruido en la habitación que da a la circunvalar. Claro esta que habían fiestas de la cosechA pero entiendo que en esa vía hay mucho ruido

VERY NEW. clean and modern but with a lot of details missing. staff promises a lot and is not quite sure how to deliver. good intentions but no experience. confusion re: rooms booked duringbooking and check in. Spa was a joke and rooms were missing simple things like tissues or glasses or chairs on the balcony. only minimal english. one morning there was a horrible sewage smell that filled both of our adjoing rooms. it was gone by the evening but no apologies. balconies and jacuzzi were fun to have, lots of problems with details and spa and communication.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht und freundlich. Für den Lärmpegel im Hause sind sie nicht verantwortlich. Das waren die Konstrukteure. Die Zimmertüren sind oben ca. 2 cm und unten 1 cm offen. Falsche Passung . Die Wände und Türen sehr permeabel für Lärm ( Duschen, Gespräche, Klimaanlagen der Nachbarzimmer ). Die Klimaanlage von LG ist neu aber ein Lärmquelle erster Güte. Design ist modern und gut - verhindert aber nicht den hohen Lärmpegel im Hause. So werden eben auch die Musiklokale nebenan zum nächtlichen Problem - für Ausländer ! Keine bautechnische Meisterleistung für ein neues Haus der oberen Preisklasse. Ohropax mitnehmen !

The rooftop restaurant was an excellent choice for dinner. Not many restaurants close by so it was nice to have a good place to eat. Rooms were new, very clean and modern. Not sure if this is the best location if one wants to walk around. We could not find many restaurants close by. Lots of places for a drink and a casual meal (bars) around the area.
