The freindlyness of the staff. Able to speak english. restaurant attached. Logation, did not get the wakeup call I requested, no shopping nearby

The close proximity to the airport. Very old hotel with ants crawling over the floor. The one tap only in the shower and the sink. Wouldn't accept credit cards, had to pay in cash. Too expensive for what it had to offer.

It is advertised as having a free airport shuttle, the shuttle is actually $5, I had emailed the hotel to request the shuttle for 6pm when I arrived at the airport there was no one there I had call the hotel from one of the taxi desks where I was informed by the hotel it was $5 . When I discussed this with the staff (by staff I mean owner as it is just someones house not an actual hotel) he kept saying oh but they wanted to charge you for the breakfast (not true according to my booking) so its ok if the shuttle is $5! absolutely not the main reason we stayed there was for the free shuttle so we wouldn't get ripped off by the corrupt taxi drivers. Anyway instead of waiving both the fees we said we would not have breakfast and that would mean the shuttle would be free. The owner was clearly annoyed about this as breakfast is much much cheaper than $10. Basically this hotel is just another rip off I do not recommend it at all. I have never experienced this in the service industry as usually if there is a mistake on the website the hotel will apologize and waive both fees this however was not the case here and really just added to the lack of service in the 'hotel' (house).

nada Todo, no tiene aire acondicionado a pesar de que pone en la pagina que si, el baño es peligroso y pequeñisimo, el personal desagradable, antipatico etc. Un horror de hotel

Comodo per chi ,arrivando in aereo, vuole soggiornarci una notte e ripartire per altre località . Aeroporto , autonoleggi e strade principali nelle immediate vicinanze. I proprietari si sono dimostrati molto gentili e disponibili nel darci alcune informazioni . Niente da dire, rapporto qualità prezzo e' piu che sufficiente

Location was good for sure, but the taxi man definitely over charged us. We went maybe 2 kilometers and he asked for the equivalent of $5 US. Most Costa Rican taxis are much cheaper, so just ask for the meter as soon as you get in. The airport area is full of people like that it seems like. Service was okay, nothing awesome. The rooms were very bland and the bathrooms downright cramped. I'd rather have paid $20 more and stayed at a better hotel.

In spite of languagebarriers, the staff were excellent and went out of their way for you. Quait type of place with a B and B type of charm. It could use an air conditioner even thought that nite the fan was sufficient.

Dieses Hotel ist ca 5 Minuten vom Airport entfernt und schnell und einfach per Taxi erreichbar. Das hotel hat eine eigene Pizzeria und diese sind sehr gut. Die Betten wurden alle neu mit gute bequeme Matrazen ersetzt und die Zimmer wurden besser eingerichtet.

Das Hotel ist nur ca 5 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt und es hat gute Betten im Zimmer. Die familiäre Umgang und hilfsbereitschaft hat mich sehr gefallen. Es war schön, dass da auch eine Pizzeria geführt wird und dass man dort fein essen kann.

Que está a 1 km del Aeropuerto Habitación muy pequeña y sucia, las paredes llenas de manchas. El "minúsculo" cuarto de baño no tiene ninguna ventilación, unicamente una pequeña ventana que da a la misma habitación, con lo que esta huele mucho humedad. Las habitaciones con mucho ruido, dan a la cocina de la pizzeria.
