Hotel Arenal Rossi

Hotel tres bien situe pour faire les differentes activites de l Arenal. Non loin non plus de Fortuna, ville principale ou l on trouve de bons restaurants pour tous les budgets. Personnel tres sympatique.

L'excellent service à du personnel pour réserver des excursions. Le rapport qualité/prix de la chambre pour ce qu'on trouve dans la région.

Il y avait beaucoup de fourmis dans la chambre à notre arrivée. Aussi, une coquerelle le jour de notre départ. Matelas peu confortable.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

This place needs a lot of work. It has ill fitting doors with no thresholds that allow any creature less than one inch tall to just walk in. There are a lot of creatures in this part of the world. The WIFI did not work in the room, however it was fine in the office. I would not stay here again before they do some serious repairs.

The resturant on the property was excellent. Local Tico food at its best and the prices were cheap! Not far from town and seemed very safe.

We had the 2 bedroom "Family Suite". It was advertised as having air conditioning - which it did, but only in one bedroom. The bedrooms were separated by a 'sitting area' which was open to the outside (there was a 6 inch by 8 foot section of the ceiling that was exposed and had plants growing down the wall and into the sitting area) Very nice visually, but the 94 degree heat made the non-air conditioned rooms very hot. There were a couple of spiders in the room too - it seemed as though this 'Suite' isn't used very often. The batteries were dead in both tv remotes and one of the bathroom doors was locked when we arrived and the front desk clerk did not have a key (he ended up having to 'jimmy' the lock open with a screwdriver). A bit overpriced for what you get.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The restauraunt next door was good and convienient. It was not anything fancy, but it did the job well. I would stay again.

Not much.

Bugs. Uncomfortable beds. Fridge not cool enough to keep food. Think we had our wildlife chart and Frommers book go missing from the room. Windows didn't have levers that worked. Not kept up enough for the price they charge.

the booking made by one of the staff for the hanging bridges tour, we considered this to be a bit of a rip-off. It seemed as if the cheaper company was not adequately chased up and the excuse was given that they were fully booked.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was quaint and clean.

Hotel Rosie was an excellent choice of hotel to stay in. It is very close to arenal national park , near downtown fortuna, and a grocery store very close. Our room was very spacious, 2 double beds and 1 twin bed. Housekeeper was extremely good, we got beds made and freshened in daily basis, floor was swept and mopped daily, bathroom and shower cleaned thoroughly daily. Staff was very friendly, and front office spoke pretty decent English. Nice kept grounds, in fact there was someone always outside trimming, sweeping, keeping all in tip top condition. Pool is not heated, but then again, it wasn't really necessary, since the humidity is so bad in Costa Rica, it was a very refreshing to dip in the pool. I would definitely stay at hotel Rossi again.

Since we didn't have a car, I would have liked to have local close by transportation to areas near by, but not exactly walking distance, since cab rides did get a little expensive.

It was an okay value for the money, 10-15 min walking distance from the town (food, shops, etc)., And from the Baldi Hot Springs (beautiful, definitely recommend). It's also right near some souvenir shops, a great bar called La Vaca Muca, and the butterfly gardens. Cab ride into town was about $4. The hotel's wifi connection was a little slow, but reliable.

The three of us booked a room that accommodated four people (two double beds), when we arrived the person at the front desk asked if there were 4 of us. I said no, there were only 3, and he said that we would need to pay more since the room was meant for 2 people. I asked him why would I pay more if there are less people than stated on Booking.com, and that two double beds doesn't mean only 2 people can stay there. We went back and forth and finally he opened the Booking site, saw that the room is listed as being for 4 people, then said it must have been an error on the website but we would pay what was agreed. Terrible initial impression, but he was okay after that. The room was tiny and pretty bare, no safe, no ac, there was a ceiling fan but it was old and turned very slowly. The walls are very thin, and the rooms are right next to each other, so you'll hear everything that goes on in other rooms. The front desk closes at 10 pm and opens at 9 am, so don't expect round the clock service. We also had to drag our bags to our rooms, so don't expect much service at all.

La piscina muy limpia. Paños suficientes para todos.

La ubicación del aire acondicionado es pésima. Te da justo en la cara. El estado del refrigerador y tomacorrientes pésimas.

Отличный персонал, красивый вид на вулкан, круглосуточный бассейн, рядом большой супермаркет, много цветов и птиц.

Неуверенный Wi-Fi.

Ondanks het verouderde interieur was het wel proper. We hebben zelfs gezien dat het niet gebruikte extra bed ook werd verschoond. Aanwezigheid van een ijskast. Indien de kamer enkel dient om te wassen en te slapen is het OK.

Donkere kamer, verouderd interieur en luidruchtige airco. Geen ontbijt in het hotel, wel ernaast voor 3.000 Colones.

Su ubicacion, hay un centro comercial cerca. Es un sitio silencioso.

Llegue a las 3:15pm y la habitacion no estaba lista. La calidad de la cama muy mala me dio dolor de espalda. La reservacion era para dos camas dobles, y me dieron una cama doble y una sencilla. No incluye el desayuno, en todos los otros sitios que me he quedado incluye el desayuno. Al llegar a la habitacion a las 6pm el dia siguiente apenas estaban haciendo la habitacion. Es una habitacion muy pequena. No obsequina cafe en la habitacion.

Las habitaciones son muy antiguas, el baño deja bastante que desear. Las mosquiteras de las ventanas de las habitaciones estaban rotas y deberían invertir más en el mantenimiento de las habitaciones y en la limpieza.

Si la pasamos bien.

Sono stato presso la struttura ad agosto 2012, L'hotel non si presenta affatto bene, sembra in decadimento strutturale e le foto sono datate e non conformi a quello che troverete in realtà.

店員非常友善，房間的CP質很高，連續住兩晚也有換床單，有舒適的停車位，開車到哪裡都很方便。

房間內的wifi收訊較差，要到房間外才可以收得到!
