Best Western San Jose Downtown is located within 10 minutes’ walk of the National Theatre and the El Pueblo Centre, in an edgy neighbourhood of San José. It has an outdoor pool and sun terrace. These air-conditioned rooms have satellite TV and safe. All have tea- and coffee-making facilities and a private bathroom. They also offer free Wi-Fi. The Best Western San Jose Downtown has a lobby bar. In the reception guests are offered free international phone calls. The price. And the manager. Was very helpful. Area very dodgy. Even hotel staff reccomeded you didn't go out at night without a taxi.

Clean room,bathtub,pool,nice staff, free international phone calls. The area was dangerous with drug dealers and homeless people walking around.Rooms were very dark and dingy.

Its cheap enough and it has a pool. The location is downtown and isn't safe to walk about at night time. From every angle of the hotel you can see people dealing drugs and openly smoking crack pipes both day and night. Equally nowhere to eat or drink as the bars are full of drug takers.

Cheap decent hotel - nice traditional breakfast - nice staff - pool was perfect for the size of the hotel - an ok Best Western Poor location - not in a good area of town - not good if you have kids with you - very dodgey at night - won't stay there again for this reason only!

El personal amable La ubicación muy mala, las habitaciones muy viejas y descuidadas y con olor a encerrado insoportable, el mobiliario antiquísimo y difícil de encontrar donde prender y apagar, la zona donde está ubicado peligrosa y cero atractiva, la zona roja de San José.

La buena atencion del Personal en general, pero resaltando el de las Personas siguientes:Elena,Yann y Richard Asistente de Gerencia y Recepcinistas respectivamente. La ubicacion y el desayuno, ademas el desperdicio de agua. En los W.C. Deben cambiar a tanques de 6 Litros

Läget mitt i city och att det var möjligt att få något att äta. Frukost ingick - men kunde varit lite mer! Omgivningen utanför var väl inte den trevligaste precis. Man går ogärna ut för en promenad på kvällen.

Buen ambiente para pasar unos días de gestiones en San José. Buena atención con desayuno incluido y se agradece el WI FI gratuito y de buena calidad. Tuvimos problemas con la caja de seguridad ya que sólo la podíamos y no abrir debiendo llamar el tecnico mantenimiento. Después de las 18:00 las calles de sus alrededores se aprecian bastante inseguras.

Un parking gratuit intégré à l'hôtel. La restauration est absolument nulle et le service déplorable. A la moindre demande les personnels semblent excédés, visiblement le client dérange. Attention, le paiement sur place des taxes d'aéroport implique un surcoût de 4 usd par personne.

Fue una excelente experiencia de negocios, accesible, economico, limpio, buen servicio al cliente, parqueo seguro y la habitacion muy confortable. Talvez el unico defecto encontrado fue la puerta del baño que no cerraba bien, pero en general un lugar que sera recomendado.

Solo el personal en la recepción fue amable La ubicación, habitación vieja, mal aseada, la zona es terrible, peligrosa, al lado de un mercado, gente durmiendo en la calle, bueno en general la ciudad de San José es terrible, la ciudad más fea de toda América realmente!!

Sehr freundliches Personal, kostenloser Kaffee, kostenlose Fergespräche aus dem Zimmer nach Deutschland. Das Hotel liegt leider in einem Stadtteil, in dem ich mich abends nicht mehr auf die Strasse trauen würde.

Tiene una linda piscina. La zona donde se halla ubicado. En el nombre dice Downtown pero el centro està a 7 cuadras, de las cuales las dos màs cercanas al hotel es muy peligroso caminarlas.

Bra sängar, bra med gratis parkering (men det är svårt att köra i San José eftersom alla gator är enkelriktade). Frukost ingår men är av ganska enkelt slag.
