Score from 150 reviews Good
This hotel is located about just over 1 mile from Quepos, a 5-minute drive from Manuel Antonio National Park. Its spacious suites have a kitchenette and jungle views, and there is an outdoor pool.

The staff were very nice.
The loud bar next to the hotel.
Everything was clean and tidy. The pool area was really nice and well kept.
renting the key for the in-room safe for an extra $3 a day. Strange, but not the biggest deal.
A great place! great value for money for money(just 10 minutes from manuel antonio by bus), very helpfull staff.
the pool was a little dirty
Good breakfast. Nice room.
Pretty far from Manuel Antonio park... Nothing to do in Quepos..
No refrigerator as advertised, stayed 2 nights with no maid service
I liked the outdoor pool area and the restaurant, which had a wonderful breakfast each morning and nice ocean view. The staff were excellent!
The location was poor! Although it is close to the ocean, it is only a boardwalk and you cannot swim. I did not feel safe walking around at night, as there were hardly any tourists. The hotel rooms were not as pictured on the website, and smelled of mould. The rooms were very noisy, being off the main stretch of road and were adjacent to two loud bars. I would have rather paid more and stayed in Manuel Antonio where all the action is.
Near Manuel Antonio park, nice view to the beach with the chance to see the sunset. Restaurant food and service very good.
Parking a block away of the hotel, a/c not cold enough.
Inconsistencies in putting chocolate while turning down bed.
Location excellent. Festivas Civicas day was very loud but fun to view from restaurant.
Pool area smelled of sewage.
nice comfortable rooms
the water and toilette didn´t work almost the whole time of our stay, poor breakfast
Everyday we had water problems. No water in the morning no water at night so ended up bathing in the pool at least once a day.
The pool was very nice. Great location for the beautiful sunsets.
The hotel had a big issue with their water supply. We had no water in the bathroom 2 out of 2 mornings and one evening.
Location was good - one of the only spots to stay in town. Rooms and pool were well maintained and clean.
The WiFi was not strong enough to reach our room but it was available in the common foyer and by the pool.
NOISY all night
convient secure parking
noise from street with people fighting. bar noise from street. crime on the street, a lady had her handbag stolen directly across the street from the secure parking,
Its close to Manel Antonio by car, room with balcony, breakfast (just tost of bread, yogurt and cereales) in the room with the fresh air (big open windows).
Hotel is located close to the noisy by night street, there is beach in front but this is not beach people are going to take a swin. Internet is working very bas, almost no conecion in the room. Very small room with very small bathroom. Very noisy ventilator in the bathroom. Generalt would not recoment this hotel. If you plan to visit Manuel Antonio you better stay in some other hotel in MA zone, as in Quepos also there is nothink to do.
Kamer was redelijk schoongemaakt
This hotel does not deserve to be named "Best Western"!! Theres no atmosfere, its all dusty and everything looks neglected! Ugly, noisy rooms and breakfast was horrible. Even the coffee was bad and its almost inpossible to ruin Costa Rican coffee!!We booked 3 nights here, had to pay in advance and we left after the first night. When we checked out we did not expect to get our money back for 2 nights but we asked it anyway. the manager at first said that we get our money back and 5 minutes later he decides that we dont get our money back.(?) that was really rude, I sent an official complaint to the head office of Best Western hotel group. Thats not how you treat guests.
Nice rooms, large bathroom
Noisy area and the wifi did not work...
Location, swimming pool, great helpfull staff,
Wifi Location to Manuel Antonio
Noise Noise Noise Every night street noise was excessive till 3am, glazing is poor considering this noise 2 hrs later the restaurant and house maids started their noise!! If I had 6 hours sleep in 3 days I am being generous
super sweet staff, attentive and helpful.
bad quality mattress, loud location by a bar
The reception staff were friendly.
We were unable to log onto the wifi despite numerous attempts. The breakfast was the most basic I witnessed during our stay in Costa Rica. The real problem was the ants in the bathroom and the leaky shower. Tiny room with noisy aircon. No safe in room. Very poorly insulated windows on fairly busy street corner. Unfortunately a very unpleasant stay.
I enjoyed the rooms, it was very clean when I was there, also the restaurant its food is delicious. Actually that was my second stay at this hotel, I would recomend to anyone that want to know Manuel Antonio and do not want to pay much for that.
That I just stayed for one night. :(
The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The staff always seemed miserable. Breakfast?. Bit of a joke. Cereals and toast. First day I eventually got offered a cup of coffee, second day none. Staff were too busy chatting to bother about something called ' service'
Did not like the staff's service after having issues with the WIFI, there are better options in the area for more or less the same price
