Hotel Cala Inn B&B Airport  

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The upstairs location in the busy downtown area is not what I thought it was. Also, the lack of air condition with only a fan is not very comfortable on very humid days, which is most of the time.

This hotel was a great value. I've tried hotels for double the price that were closer to the airport and not up to par, and hotels just around the corner that felt like a dump. This was easy to get to. The staff was attentive and the shared bathroom felt like a private one. Accommodations were clean, bright and comfortable.

We arrived late in the middle of the night. I had previously contacted Cala Inn to let them know. Before we reached the gate, there was a very nice gentleman waiting to greet us. This was very comforting. A nice tipical breakfast was provided for us. Beds were very comfortable, space was roomy, outdoor patio off front room extended space. Great for people on a budget, who are looking for a place to stay for the night if arriving late.

Street noise in the front of the building will wake you up VERY early. Bathroom had a musty smell.

Hotel is proximal to the airport, about 5 minute ride. It has clean, quiet and basic rooms. Very friendly and helpful service.

Very close to the airport. staff was super friendly. Our room was very quiet, do we could get a good night sleep. Good value for money

Matress in 2nd room we stayed in was very thin Difficult to find if you're on the right street - sign only visible if you're further away!

While the rooms were simple, we really enjoyed the den-like gathering area and the having drinks on the balcony that overlooked the park. Watching the nightlife on the park was lots of fun. The hotel was quaint and simple and the people that worked there were more than helpful and polite. Even getting up at 4:30am to ensure we got the cab for the airport.

The bed was a little hard for my taste.

This is a very nicely run family owned B&B with a good locatiion across from the town park.All rooms very clean and secure, and a wonderful breakfast.When I stay in Alajuela ( 5 minute taxi to San Jose International Airport) this is my 1st choice residence.I.ll be back.

Un lindo hotel familiar, de lo mejor que me topé en mi viaje.Los dueños realmente se esfuerzan en brindar un buen servicio. Habitaciones limpias y cómodas para un buen descanso, WIFI gratis y veloz. Delicioso desayuno y de calidad. Excelente ubicación a menos de 5 minutos del aeropuerto en coche. Sin duda regresaré!

Posizione ottima, personale molto disponibile(ti sanno consigliare bene,simpatici e discreti allo stesso tempo)ideale come punto d'arrivo in Costa Rica dall'aeroporto(dista a soli 5 minuti), economico e ci si sente tranquilli(ci sono anche molti pappagallini nel parco di fronte)

Il bagno in comune poteva essere curato meglio non c'e scaldabagno ma un marchingegno che scalda laqua con fili della corrente vaganti ,rumore di auto moto gia' amattina presto.

L'hôtel est proche de l aeroport. C'est propre. Ok pour une nuit. Personnel plutôt sympathique.

Nous sommes arrivés vers 20h, ils avaient donné notre chambre a d'autres clients prétendants qu'ils s'étaient présentés sous notre réservation (or, l'hôtel vérifie nos passeports). Heureusement, il restait une chambre mais sans sdb. Nous avons accepté, mais je crois que ce n'est pas la 1ère fois qu'ils font ce genre de choses. Attention donc a ne pas arriver trop tard!

Pas cher, bien situé près de l aéroport. Hotel pas cher et chambre propre. Très correct pour le prix.

La ubicacion es muy buena si deseas quedarte cerca del aeropuerto, nosotros nos quedamos solo una noche en san jose ya que el dia siguiente viajabamos. The location is good if you want to stay near the airport

Los baños son algo desagradables, nos quedamos en una habitacion con baño privado, y aunque no somos muy exquisitos, nos parecio desagradable, no me quiero imaginar como seria el baño compartido. The bathroom was really discusting and the bed is really uncomfortable. LA cama es REALMENTE incomoda! una piedra!
