We got in very late and the hotel had someone waiting up for us to great us. We went the week after Easter, so we ended up being the only ones there. They had breakfast waiting for us in the morning and it was great. So friendly! Even with the language barriers.

La acogida del personal fue excelente, me dieron un zumo recién llegado. Me ayudaron con los taxis y para organizar excursiones. Al final te sientes como en casa, se preocupan de ti. Las habitaciones grandes, comfortables y limpias. Muy bien en general. First time its a little bit difficult to arrive, but second time is ok.

The house is beautiful with a lovely, but freezing pool. The rooms were very luxurious. The staff were extremely sweet and generous with their time and energy. The house looks out on the city dump and one gets a whiff now and then. It was also very hard for our taxi driver to find, even with the instructions. I think it was his fault however.

Very warm and friendly hosts. We we're there on our honeymoon and had a wonderfull stay in Casa Primo. Casa Primo is in a very good neighborhood, close to the airport. The rooms are very large,vnicely furnished and perfectly clean.

Very friendly staff; I enjoyed a lot their hospitality. Very clean and spacious rooms. Convenient location with respect to the airport. Nothing really. Location is a bit far from the center.

I The owner is very friendly, caring and helpful. She took care of us like a mum and was doing her best for us to enjoy our stay. She said she wanted the place to feel like home, and it did! The rooms are nice and tidy, and especially very quiet without any noise at night which I really appreciated. The hotel is conveniently close to the Ramada conference center (15 min walk)

L extreme gentillesse, l accueil, le service du personnel. L etablissement est magnifique, situe a seulement 6 km de San Jose. C est vraiment du bonheur de sejourner ici. Rien, tout est parfait.

Le personnel est très accueillant en particulier le service de Fatima. L'endroit est très tranquille. Les chambres sont très grandes, Près de l'aéroport international. De très bons restaurants à proximité.Pratique pour visiter San Jose ou le volacan Poas.Assez luxueux entre autre grâce au Jacouzi. L'hôtel est légèrement en retrait.Mais l'hôtel donne de bonnes indications. Avec le gps, facile à trouver.

Отлично! Спал как дома. Уютно, просторно. Очень понравилось. Если буду в Коста-Рике - только туда. Без GPS этот отель не найти. Долго искали.

Su ambiente amplio, fresco, natural, limpio, ecológico y familiar. Sus habitaciones y cuartos de baños amplios, sus jardines y amplias zonas verdes, su fuente de agua ornamental y su jacuzzi. El servicio y la a amabilidad, la atención, la diligencia, la confianza que inspiran y la gran calidad humana de sus anfitrionas: Elizabeth y Deisy.

The hotel, the rooms and the staff are wonderful. I have never felt in a hotel as good as in Casa Primo CR: comfort, quality of the staff, price, jacuzzi, internet, security, small size of the hotel, but big size of the rooms (which are full equipped), advises and help provided by the staff for everyday. I hope to be back there!

Beautiful and it feels like home. The combination of the hot tub with the pool at natural temperature was perfect and we stayed in the hot tub looking at the stars for a long time. At arrival, Fatima welcomed us with a complementary drink, a detail that I have only seen in 5 starts hotels. We reserved the standard room and it was great for a good nights sleep. Other rooms there are bigger but the standard room was very roomy & fine for us. We traveled mainly for business and enjoy a small place for the personalized service. We defiantly are coming back. Everything was fine.
