It is the second time I've stayed at the hotel and I got to stay in the newer part of the hotel. Everything is brand new and has a great feel, clean and comfortable. Why aren't all the rooms like this one?

The hotel was comfortable and clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. We only stayed one night as we were only in San Jose a day early to catch a cruise. Very good value we would stay again given the opportunity.

Great Location. Great Price. Free shuttle and breakfast, close to the mall, a grocery store and several resturaunts. I thought it was perfect and I recieved a really great price on the room.

We appreciated the hotels free shuttle for the airport. The driver had a sign with our name so there was no confusion. We did not know that we had to pay for the shuttle back to the airport u til after we got there. The driver told is that we had to pay him, when we were under the impression that the hotel had paid him. Did he get paid twice? Communication about this was not good.

Very good location for the airport. Excellent services from the staff. Free breakfast and good variety of food. Supermarket less than 5 mins walk. Free shuttle for the airport. Good quality & affordable. I had also a nice room with my bed on a mezzanine.

Os apartamentos são grandes e muito confortáveis, com dois quartos e sala, da para se hospedar até 4 pessoas os funcionários muito atenciosos e um bom café da manhã, recomendo e voltaria! Foi um pouco difícil a localização pelo gps!

La mejor relación calidad precio. Sencillamente excepcional, tanto el trato del personal, como las instalaciones y limpieza. El desayuno es el mejor que recuerdo, tanto en cantidad como en calidad, y además, servido en un sitio maravilloso, casi mágico!!! Repetiremos cuantas veces nos sea posible.
