The staff are pleasant and helpful; the rooms are large, good price, easy access to mall and shopping, good breakfast, lots of choices to go out to eat within walking distance, comfy beds and easy parking close to the hotel - and good security!

I like a pot of coffee first thing in the morning, so I find the absence of room service is annoying. But that is the only thing!

The location and the beds

I spoke Spanish to the staff (and am fairly fluent after 10 years in cr) and they kept answering me in English, of which they could not do. I was told when I checked in that they needed my credit card. I asked what for, because I already charged it the night before. They said that was just to hold the room, so I assumed they were charging the room. When I signed the voucher, I did not check the price. When I checked out, they said they needed my card again. I asked why...I Already paid. They said that was just to hold the room. Why would the internet site and the hotel both need my card to hold the room???? I said, I hope that my card was not maxed out, because I had been purchasing many things for my business. She just said, "Oh, ok"....and laughed. I said, "Why do you think that is funny?". She said, "Oh, ok" and laughed again. What is up with that? If she can't speak English, which they insisted on doing, then they should speak to me in Spanish. Very unprofessional. She just laughed at all my questions and I didn't appreciate it! I run a bed and breakfast and catering for weddings in Guanacaste. I would never treat my clients like that.

The location is excellent!!! Multiple dining options across the street and nice shopping 5 minutes drive or short cab ride. Hotel offers shuttle to shopping mall near by...

Since this hotel is mostly a business hotel, late checkout was denied. The bar was most of the time un-manned, therefore, lacked service and attention. Had to cross to external establishments... Gym could use an update.

I loved the location. Staff very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

Le petit déjeuner n'était plus complet à 9h alors qu'il peut se prendre jusqu'à 10h30. Dommage que le personnel n'ait pas beaucoup complété le buffet...

La habitación esta muy bien elegante y limpia.

Dos cosas puedo aclarar: El desayuno es bastante deficiente, ya que no cuenta con una gran variedad de productos. El check out, Cuando hicimos la reservación seleccionamos este hotel ya que en la pagina de booking indica que la salida es hasta las 2 pm y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que la salida es a las 12 md, por lo que me pareció que no se cumple con lo que estaba acordado cuando realizamos la reservación, es mucha falta de seriedad ofrecer horarios que no se van a cumplir .

Beste van het hotel was de locatie binnen het Itzkazu Plaza en aan de overkant van de Uniplaza Mall. Voor de zakenreiziger die in en rond Escazu moet zijn een goede plek. Ontbijt in een koffiezaak tegenover het hotel een aanrader. Fitnesszaal is goed geoutilleerd en makkelijk toegankelijk. Uitstekend internet.

De verbouwing was storend waardoor verblijf aan het zwembad onaangenaam was. Dit is meer een zakenhotel. Niet geschikt voor meermaals bezoek aan centrum van San Jose. Te ver weg.

Localização: restaurantes e bares na praça onde o hotel se localiza. Próximo do aeroporto internacional. Quarto confortável e amplo.

I liked the location - walking distance to quite a few good resteraunts and convenient to both the internation airport and the airport for Nature Air flights. It was very comfortable and quiet. We felt safe walking to resteraunts. It was close to a large shopping mall as well. They have a 24 hour cab service, which was very helpful for early flights.

The hotel was immaculate and very comfortable. We were pleased that our arrival at 11:00 am was not a problem, we got into our room immediately.
