It was clean and comfortable, the staff was very helpful and friendly, location close to both airports which made in/out of country transit very simple. The restaurant is lovely. Location along a busy roadway made walking around a bit difficult, but overall a very pleasant experience.

La ubicación junto al aeropuerto y su precio es lo màs recomendable No tenîan contemplada mi reserva con Booking, tuve que enseñarles la reserva online. El personal de recepción lentísimo y poco cualificado Nos miraba cómo descargamos las maletas sin prestarse a ayudar pese a que era tarde y no había nadie màs. Pèsima atención Los baños no son acorde con la habitación ni disponen de todo lo que anuncia la web, viejos y casposos

Nette & ruhige Lage im Grünen. Sehr leckeres, typisches Frühstück. Keine Rampen oder Aufzüge um mit den Koffern zum Zimmer zu gelangen. Auch kein Personal (Bellboy) der einem dabei hilft. Es gibt bereits bessere Hotels in der Umgebung und deshalb sollten sie sich mehr mit dem Service bemühen!

The size of rooms, the layout, the restaurant food. The staff. There were no towels in my room to begin with, I received no help with my bags. I ordered a taxi for 4.15pm to collect me to go to the airport, but they hadn't called anyone so I was left for 20 minutes until I asked where my taxi was. The waiters at the restaurant watched over you whilst eating and didn't know what drinks they had to offer guests. Wifi did not work in the rooms behind reception.

Vriendelijke service. Simpele kamer die we gebruikten omdat we de Volgende ochtend vroeg zouden vliegen. Wel meer dan 2 km naar het vliegveld.

Sehr nahe am Airport San Jose gelegen, sehr gediegende Einrichtung, bewachtes Gelände Leider war wegen eines Feiertags das Hotel-Restaurant geschlossen.

Nice place for the money. Room was quiet,clean etc. Only problem was there was no hot water which didn't turn out to inconvenience us much,but would have been good if it worked. No hot water.
