C'est exactement le genre d'hôtel à prix raisonnable que l'on souhaite trouver. Les personnels sont accueillants et serviables, Les chambres sont très propres et très bien équipées regroupées autour d'un patio. Excellent établissement.

Proximité de l’aéroport de san josé

Plein centre donc difficile de circuler et stationner devant l'hotel, heureusement que les clients n'étaient pas nombreux sinon pas de place de parking:seulement 5 pour toutes les chambres), aucun cachet, chambres tristes, pas de vue sur l'extérieur, fenêtres donnant sur le couloir,

connexion Wi fi gratuite, eau chaude, informations sur la ville, emplacement.

Nous avons choisi cet hotel pour sa proximité avec l aeroport sans les inconvénients du bruit des avions L hotel nous a proposé gratuitement de nous récupérer à l aeroport

Sa proximité avec l'aéroport de San José. Réception 24/24 pour les arrivées tardives. Personnel très sympathique.

Le personnel

L'accueil par MariSol et Mélina, ainsi que le personnel de garde de nuit. Un personnel très jeune et tès serviable; ce qui créé une bonne ambiance et beaucoup de confiance.

Hotel propre a part sous le lit et bien situe en ville mais au calme. Petit dej . ok. L air conditionne est appreciable dans les chambres.

Par contre notre chambre avait une fenetre sur le couloir et ce n etait pas vraiment isolee. Le personnel est sympa mais ils ne parlent pas bien en anglais.

Basic, clean amenities and nice, soft sheets. Even had soap and A/C! Great value! Staff got up early (5AM) to prepare coffee and toast for us since we were too early for the complimentary breakfast. Also close to the bus terminal into San Jose.

Taxis to and from the airports and San Jose were costly.

Great service, nice room, good price

The location in Alajuela was okay. We stayed there to get an early morning flight at SJO and that worked out great. A 5 min. ride.

We, my wife and me, liked very much the really friendly welcome and service by your people and the spotless cleanness, the cozy rooms, and just the type of hotel. Pina and Siegfried.

As hard as I think, I can't find anything worth to complain about. Sorry for that.

The staff were very sweet, helpful and friendly. The room was very clean but small. The location was good for us as we arrived into San Jose airport late at night and headed out of town the next day.

The room has a very poor lock so it felt a little insecure. It took awhile to get the door open.

The staff were great! Andres and Malena were both welcoming, informative, and outgoing to meet our needs! It was very reasonable and well worth it, we even recommended to another couple that stayed there before they left for an early flight the next morning out of San Jose. Would stay again, Andy.

It was close to the airport.

The entrance to the hotel was sketchy. When I arrived to the hotel, I had to wait outside, with all of my luggage, essentially in the street, for 10-15 minutes. I thought I had been scammed by your website and that I didn't have a room. Finally, the deskclerk showed up and let me in. There were several other times when the desk clerk was nowhere to be found. I did not feel safe in the streets near the hotel, there were crazy homeless people everywhere and lots of belligerant, drunk men. The breakfast was awkward.. You had to order it the night before and tell them when you planned on eating.

Very modern and clean. It was a very safe and quiet location, they keep the main door locked at all times. Cheap ride to airport ($5-6), soft beds, A/C, TVs...it doesn't get better for the value.

Very friendly staff and very helpful. Breakfast starts at 7am. We had to leave at 5am and they actually made an effort to give us toasts with butter & jam, juice and coffee!

Staff was very friendly, eager to help and spoke adaquate english. a reviewer over the summer of 2012 mentioned a renovation. my stay was in feb 2013. it appeared the hotel was done with updating the rooms, nothing fancy, but clean and functional. i did notice that they were still working on the exterior of the hotel. mostly painting, it looked like. no issue with any noise. if you are looking a budget hotel for a night or two near san jose or airport, this is your choice. it worked out great for us. about half an hour by car to downtown san jose. maybe 15 minutes to the airport. believe it or not, we had to deal with traffic jams during the weekdays. so keep that in mind. you can get to Poas volcano from here, and get there in time before the cloud settles in. no need to get an expensive hotel near the volcano. there are eateries and markets within a few blocks from the hotel. the hotel is located in the mid-block across from a small park, at the eastern most edge of Alajuela. if you have a rental car, the secure parking lot is at the corner of the same block, next to the pizza hut. parking is included. the lot is locked up at night. we had no issues with our rental car.

The person that helped us was incredibly helpful. He was friendly. The room was also very clean and comfortable.

Excellent and very helpful staff, good price and nice nearby airport location. Car park was nicely secure.

Room felt a bit humid and there was a cockroach in the bathroom. The surroundings did not look like a place where you would want to roam around on foot.
