Super close to airport No restaurant. Only a Denny's nearby. Pool was a bit dirty.

Very convenient location close to the Airport Needs renovation Staff not really friendly compared to other Costa Rican hotels Even thought they should be used to people leaving on very early flights a check-out the night before is not possible etc. Noisy when planes fly over, no real noise reduction (but of course the purpose of a stay there is to be close to the airport...)

Free shuttle, free wifi, free coffee station, free international phone calls, neat garden next to pool, close to airport, close to car rentals, perfect for start and end of Costa Rican holiday. Everything was perfect, can't think of anything negative.

The staff, breakfast, concierge, and location near the airport were excellent! And the quick trip to the airport on the hotel's shuttle van was top notch! The swimming pool was located in shade and the water was too cold to enjoy. Might be a good idea to put a heated whirlpool near the pool.

Very convenient airport hotel. There was no Room safe. Booking.com listing is misleading. One time they kept my camera pack in the office with a receipt. The next time they said they would not be responsible for it and would not take it.

Shuttle to and from airport; staff knowledge and friendliness; workout reeom; free international calls; chocolate chip cookies I paid by cash and now I do not have a document I can send in to get my Hilton Honors points (I didn't have my number with me). Is it possible to get a statement showing the one night stay?

Very close to S. Jose Airport and free shuttle always available. Comfortable and large room, basically clean and with very useful free wi fi Breakfast is ok but in paper cups and paper plates

Excelentes comodidades e conforto das instalações. Prontidão no atendimento - máquina de café estava avariada e foi substituída imediatamente após reclamarmos. Situa-se muito proximamente do aeroporto e de várias rent a car.

В отеле останавливаюсь каждый раз, когда прилетаю в Сан-Хосе. Он около аэропорта и это очень удобно. Напротив него можно взять машину в аренду, что я и делаю. Стоит на трассе, с которой можно ехать в любую сторону Коста-Рики. Один раз в номере были муравьи. На ресепшене администраторы отеля сговариваются с таксистами и дерут немыслимые деньги за поездки по Сан-Хосе. Но я всегда торгуюсь с водителями и последний раз просили 60 $, а я дала им только 40$, хотя и этого много было.

La localisation près de l'aéroport. Les navettes 24h/24 pour l'aéroport. L'insonorisation (on entend le bruit des avions). Le petit déjeuner à emporter se limite à une mini bouteille d'eau, une pomme, un muffin. Attention le tarif annoncé ne comporte pas les taxes...
