Loved the pool & dining location LOVED it had a self serve laundry!!! Foyer beautiful Convenient to the airport. A great experience all the way around, we would stay again for sure.

Breakfast was expensive and was not set up to sit outside to eat. The shower was not great in our room. I would have preferred more water pressure. The pool was a little cool.

Location close to the airport was convenient for our flight time. Rooms were clean.

I had reserved two rooms with kingsize beds. The hotel only had a reservation for one at check-in time. It took more than 20 minutes to check in while one of our party sat there in a automated wheel chair. Staff were incompetent. One very rude server with all the guests in the diningroom. Only one light working in the bathroom. I registered a complaint with reception when were leaving and was told it would be forwarded to the manager. Have not heard back. Poor customer relations. Could not recommend this particular Hilton to friends.

The room is spacious and well-appointed. The breakfast is great. I loved the outside terrace; you'd never guessed this to be an airport hotel.

The aircon, although very effective, is quite loud.

#3 above, my answer would be location The hotel is very well maintained and continues to appear to be brand new.

Hilton rooms are always nice; beds and pillows are awesome. The proximity to the airport and free shuttle is why we were there.

Like all big name hotels, the price of food and drink is outrageous and we only ate there because there was no other choice.

1)When asked about the airport shuttle times they didn't tell us to make a reservation for a specific time...HUGE Mistake 2)the beds weren't made correctly 3)the pizza was terrible 4)the salads were too small

Location, confort.

New Year' eve celebration generated dislike among some guests. There was no place at the restaurant to have a regular dinner. It seems many visitors (no guests) paid for be part of the New Year' eve party/dinner

Very new, beautiful modern building and furnishings. Staff were great. Good value for the price of the room. Excellent location next to the airport, but only stay for this reason alone. Similar, but smaller locally owned rooms can be as little as $40. I should have stayed down the road for $30 and saved myself the high food and beverage costs. I could have spent another 4 days in CR for the same price as an overnight with 3 meals.

Food was mediocre to poor and vastly overpriced. Gift shop/convenience store was astonishingly costly; $5 for a 350ml bottle of water! In Costa Rica that is nuts! They're a $15 cab ride from town so round trip from another store or restaurant is $30. They've got you and they know it. They exploit their prices like there's no tomorrow. A red bull was going to cost me $6 USD.

Loud air conditioning

Air conditioner had to be fixed. Receptionist did not explain exit tax form when she issued it .I asked if I just had to hand it to official at airport she said yes ,that's all ,later found out other side had to be completed. These people know that and do not explain to people who have never seen the form before . I call it carelessness. Room key was given to other customers and we were woken up by them trying to get in.

The restaurant was very good, and the pool area was lovely. We had an excellent sleep in the extremely comfortable beds. The complimentary airport shuttle was efficient and on time.

As our flight was too early to partake in the breakfast buffet, we ordered a breakfast pack to go. It would have been nice if it was included, instead of $8 per person. Unfortunately, the order was incorrect, and the quality of one of the packs was substandard.

I liked the location in that it is close to the airport. the food was delicious and the rooms were very clean Bed was a little hard but pillow was great. also shuttle. Service was dependable and on time. Overall very.nice and I would recommend.

Optimal zum Übernachten bei An und Abreise. Kostenloser Flughafentransfer. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis auch im Restaurant gut.

A 5 minutes de l'aéroport, free shuttle. Piscine agréable. Très bon restaurant.

Blick aus den billigen zimmern: Sicht auf Klimaanlagendach umgestoßener Teller stundenlang nicht aus dem Flur (!) weggeräumt. Pizza: Katerstrophe.
