Set in the rainforest, this hotel offers fantastic views of Herradura Bay. It has its own golf course and spa, and the air-conditioned rooms come with flat-screen satellite TV. The elegant rooms at the Los Sueños Marriott Ocean feature tiled floors and dark wood furniture. Each one has a coffee-maker, DVD player and iPod docking station. Wi-Fi connection is available for an extra charge. The Los Sueños has a large outdoor pool, as well as a fitness centre and a mini golf course. There is a casino on site, and the hotel organises activities such as kayaking and zip-line canopy tours. There are 3 restaurants at the Los Sueños, serving a range of Latin and international food. There is also a poolside bar and grill, as well as a café and a pub. The Carara Nature Reserve is just 10 minutes’ drive away. - Nice view from the terace go the wonderful garden and even to the sea - fascinating garden and pool connected with little bridges and canals -also great archticture of the hotel inside - -Htl is really much overprized for what it offers -no free wifi in the rooms -rooms are ok, nothing special at all, rather small though we even payed a surcharge of 30 dollar for a special terace room. To use the terace door you must have a university degree in door technique, very unconvenient and the terace itself is even without deckchairs or similiar - not even free bottles of water for that extremely high room rate -great variety of breakfast but not tasty at all - the ugliest beach i have ever seen -after paying our bill, we weren't even offered help with the luggage and there are really long ways to make! instead the keycard was closed already so we couldn't enter our room any more on our own - no free valet parking - no concierge service- you are sent to the tourist office who just want to sell their tours - apart from the high price and all the extra costs it was ok for one night but after travelling costa rica for 2 weeks and finding so individual and good hotels at far nicer places than playa heradura, we wouldn't have liked to stay any longer

Good hotel of famous chain Terrible staff!!! Acting themselves like in 3 stars hotels Beach is not good for swimming, only in swimming pool, which is overcrowded with children

Location is great, pool and poolside facilities were great. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms big and clean. The internet booking thru booking.com said wi-fi was included free of charge in room and lobby. However this was not the case and the Hotel would not honour this as they cliamed the information on booking.com was wrong. Small cost, but bit annoying and poor form by the Hotel.

Bella struttura con piscine con molto spazio a disposizione ben tenuta Cucina buona Personale attento e disponibile Silenzioso Wii a pagamento richiestomi all arrivo ,nonostante nella prenotazione fosse indicato gratuito .il personale molto disponibile ha capito e mi ha connesso gratuitamente . Resta da chiarire comunque tra l albergo e booking .com come presentarsi ai clienti prossimamente. è comunque irritante trovare I Marriott hotels con Wii a pagamento dove viene offerto gratis anche a "pizza hut "!!!!

El servicio es insuperable, ideal para viajar en familia. El Tortuga Kids Club tiene un equipo de jóvenes espectacular con los niños. La comida muy buena y las piscinas ideales para toda la familia . Todo nos gusto, no hubo ningún detalle desagradable .

1.- El sitio es encantador. 2.- Instalaciones excelentes. 3.- La piscina es impecable. 4.- La comida excelente. 5.- Los camareros y el personal en general atentos, educados y muy serviciales. 6.- Nos encanto que esta dentro de un complejo turistico. 7.- No esta tan lejos de San Jose, se llega por la Autopista en 1 hora y media. La playa me gustara mas si fuera de arenas blancas, deberían recoger las piedritas de las orillas de la playa. Porque molestan al caminar.

El lugar es muy bonito la atencion del personal es muy amable, la calidad de los alimentos muy buena. Siento que le faltan actividades en la tarde noche. Practicamente despues de las 6:00 pm no hay nada que hacer, excepto el casino.

Nous étions deux couples et nous avions demandé une chambre avec lit king size et lorsque nous avons demandé à la réception de nous donner un lit king size et non deux lits séparés ils nous ont prix de haut et nous ont dit que rien n'était garantie et qu'ils ne pouvaient pas nous donner de chambre avec lit double.
