This is a very upscale "timeshare" type unit. New ,clean, secure,on the beach. For less than a single room at the Marriot you get 2 bedrooms,kichen ,livingroom,balcony with a wonderful view of the ocean and sunsets. Francesco, the gate security guard ,was very helpful and friendly.To find the location. First stop in the DayStar rental office on main street (to check in)of Jaco beach town the office is across the street from REMAX. if arriving late call and maybe they can leave keys with Francesco. loved the place. Dont exchange money at the airport everyone takes dollars as well as colones and rate is 500/1 They should leave condiments, spices things like that,oil. for cooking so you don't have to buy all that $$$$. to grocerie shop get back on the main road head towards SJO and there is a large store on the left about 1/2 mile.
