Hotel Ritzli  

O que mais chamou a atenção foi a forma de atendimento desde o início de nossa entrada respondendo com precisão todas as nossas necessidades estando num país desconhecido.Por ser um hotel mais simples ele nos serviu muito bem nos 10 dias que lá permanecemos.Agradeço a Booking.com por mais este hotel escolhido.

Um ponto só negativo foi que o banheiro só tinha respirador dentro do quarto, isto é, possuia uma abertura voltada para o quarto.

Carlos at the front desk was fabulous and made our trip so much more enjoyable. We felt like a member of the family. His restaurant suggestions and sight seeing tips were so helpful.

Hotel needs a face lift

This hotel is very convenient to downtown shops, museums, theaters, and Hospital Clinica Biblica. The staff are very kind!

The sheets are not cotton and are slightly pilled.

The hotel is very well located, near restaurants and the busiest commerce streets and avenues. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is O.K. The internet is good. The cost is excellent!

The room is a little dark, the matress and the pillows could be more comfortable and the bathroom could have insulfilm instead of having curtains in the windows.

Location is the best thing. The staff is very friendly. The price is good.

"You get what you pay for." For this little budget hotel, it wasn't bad. We had two hotel rooms. Each room was equipped with tv and two beds. The beds were fairly comfortable. There are common areas making it easy to sit with a large group of people. Breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly, making us eggs to order. The market and downtown was very close. Great places to pick up some cheap souvenirs. The Criminology Museum is within walking distance. About a 40 minute taxi ride that will cost you around $40 to get to the airport. It's about a $14 cab ride from the bus station. This isn't your traditional hotel, but isn't bad if you're trying to save a few dollars or colones. Just don't expect anything fancy.

No elevator and there are three floors. The rooms could use newer linens. No shampoo or conditioner for shower. The location is very busy and the streets are crowded with people. As far as being safe, if you aren't used to busy cities like Philadelphia or New York City then you will not feel comfortable. In one hotel room the bathroom was right outside the room and could be used by anyone. You can hear the people above your room walking around.

Staff was very helpful with our many questions

Parking garage closes at 8pm we did not arrive until much later had to pay allot for overnight parking elsewhere

The Hotel Ritzli is in a great location, I could walk to all the sites I wanted to see in San Jose. The staff is very helpful and kind. I felt really safe here and it's suprisingly quiet for being in the middle of the city. The breakfast was yummy and special attention was given to detail. I took two day tours recommended by the staff at this hotel and they were amazing! I'm so happy I decided to stay here instead of closer to the airport!

This is by no means a luxury hotel, but it is located right in the centre of San Jose, if that is what you want. Good value for money, great staff and good security.

The Hotel Staff were very nice and friendly, especially Carlos! Very helpfull, worth every penny! Clean nice place good price.central location -if you want to stay in the city. Ask for a room not on the street, can get a bit noisy.

Nos gustó la atención de empleados y empleadas. Limpieza y el detalle de caramelos a disposición.

No tiene estacionamiento propio, aunque haya uno próximo. No posee ascensores.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel hier bij Ritzili. Wij hadden eerst bij hotel Cocoon voor twee dagen gereserveerd. Hier hadden wij ook aangegeven dat wij laat in de avond rond 21:00 uur zouden aankomen. Daar kregen wij tot drie keer toe kamers die niet verzorgd waren met onder andere vieze witte vlekken op de lakens. Het personeel daar was totaal niet vriendelijk, met een sacherijnige houding. Alsof het door ons kwam dat de kamers niet op order waren. Wij zochten daarom gelijk naar een andere hotel in de buurt. Binnen 15 minuten na onze reservering kwamen wij aan bij Hotel Ritzili. Dit was al rond 22:00 uur in de avond. Daar hadden ze nog geen bevestigingsmail van ons hebben ontvangen. Maar werden wij wel zeer vriendelijke ontvangen. Onze kamer werd gelijk voor ons klaargemaakt. Deze hotel prefereren wij dan ook!

Het houten bed was al verjaard. Maar voor de gene die niet veel eist en in een doorreis zit, is dit de ideale centrale hotel.

L'hôtel est en plein centre ville, et le personnel est super.

Il est un peu bruyant, il faudrait refaire toutes les huisseries, mais le prix en prendrait un coup ! alors il reste un hôtel routard.

Hôtel situé à deux pas du centre-ville. Parking. Qualité de l'accueil, ambiance chaleureuse et familiale. Tout est fait de la part du personnel pour faciliter et rendre agréable le séjour.

Personnel à la reception très gentils, nous ont donné toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin,ont fait des appels pour nous (en espagnol, car nous ne parlions pas la langue) Déjeuners copieux.

Le bruit,situé sur la calle central

Le personnel de très bons conseils et très gentils. La situation proche de tout, même d'une clinique parfaite à 300 m.

Le problème du bruit en ville, mais on peut changer de chambre, ce n'est pas du luxe, mais suffisant pour le routard.

Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung. Wir werden in einer Woche noch einmal dort übernachten.

Výborná poloha pro prohlídku centra San Jose. Příjemný personál.

Neútulný pokoj, ale na přespání stačí. Stůl na kterém trůnila TV byl tím pádem nepoužitelný, TV zbytečná.

El personal es muy atento, amigable y dispuestos en todo momento para ayudarle y orientarle, el desayuno tipo americano, sencillo pero bueno( huevos, cafe, te,fruta y pan) todo estaba muy limpio, y cambiaron mis sábanas y toallas diariamente, la calle donde está ubicado no tiene mayor encanto pero caminando llegará a todo lo que hay que ver en San José, y a los mercados, tiendas, comida rápida y cajeros automaticos.

Está frente a la Estación de Bomberos asi que el ruido de la sirena puede sonar en cualquier momento, aunque la calle es ruidosa de dia, de noche es tranquilo y quieto.

Das Ritzli Hotel ist ein zentral gelegenes, sehr nettes Hotel mit persoenlichem Charme. Von aussen sieht es nicht so einladend aus und es ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist schoen eingerichtet und sauber, mein Zimmer war sehr ruhig. Ernesto von der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und aeusserst hilfsbereit! Auch das Fruehstueckspersonal war sehr nett! Zum Fruehstueck gibt es ua frisch zubereitetes Ruehrei oder Spiegelei und frischgepressten Orangensaft!

Schoen waere ein PC mit Internet fuer die Gaeste (Wifi ist vorhanden).

La ubicación es muy buena para el precio. La atención muy buena de todo el personal, carlos en la recepción nos recibió muy buen, nos han informado muy bien y tratado muy bien. El desayuno bueno también y muy buena atención de todo el personal!

No es lo que se ve en las fotos, pero esta bien para el precio sin conocer muchos otros.
