Very nice room/suite. Peaceful, very attrractive beach setting. Away from it all feeling. Easy access up and down coast by 4wd. Breakfast slow and on the small side. A buffet would be preferable. Food quality very good though.

Privacy of beach and location. Food was quite good and restaurant staff very friendly. Courtesy of Manager and willingness to share his knowledge of the country with us. The unpaved access road was quite bumpy with lots of potholes.

Rooms very comfortable. Beach fabulous. Food, especially the seafood, delicious with beautiful presentation. The howler monkeys, birds and other wildlife make a stay here a special treat for animal lovers. No public buses on the route. Nearest town, Potrero, is a hilly climb, about 3 kms. Away. Next time, we'd rent a car. Menu doesn't change, and for the included breakfast there are only 3 choices.

When we say the location was fair, that is only because it is difficult to find. The actual property is stunning. The views are amazing. The beach is fantastic. The directions the hotel provided from the airport were awful.

The food and service were excellent. The beach was very private and beautiful. We were looking for an "off the beaten path" get away at a reasonable price and found it at Hotel Sugar Beach.

El lugar paradisiático, tranquili0, relajante. Muy elegante, habitaciones muy amplias y bien dotadas. La cocina de muy buena calidad. Sobre todo excepcional el gin-tónic. No es problema del Hotel, es un problema general de la zona Norte, los accesos y los caminos con significativas dificultades.

Einsame Lage, gutes Abendessen,schöner Blick auf die Bucht,großes Deluxe-Doppelzimmer mit Kühlschrank. Die 8 km Fahrt über nicht asphaltierte Straßen von Potrero ist keine Freude aber machbar,grauer Sand(kein Sugar-Beach) mit vielen Steinen,meterhohe Wellen machen das Schwimmen unmöglich. Im Zimmer fehlt ein Tisch,im Bad gibt es sehr schwaches Licht .

La ubicaciòn del hotel en plena playa, su tranquilidad y el muy buen trato del personal. Entiendo que la relaciòn calidad/servicios/precio no es la adecuada. Un hotel con el precio que fijan por dia ni siquiera tiene un frigobar con agua. La heladerita que esta en las habitaciones bestà vacia.Si uno de madrugada quiere tomar agua mineral fria o una gaseosa no tiene donde hacerlo ya que el bar del hotel esta cerrado y la heladera de la habitacion està vacìa. El desayuno incluìdo en la tarifa de la habiatciòn es pèsimo.

äReas naturales rodeando el hotel. Un sitio muy silencioso, bastante alejado de la ciudad. La comida estaba deliciosa, el chef cocinaba excelentemente. El personal muy amable. Tienen algunas distracciones para niños, pero principalmente es para aprovechar la tranquilidad y la playa, la cual queda al frente del hotel y con acceso directo. En el anuncio se decía que tenía refrigeradora pequeña y no era así. No tiene secador de cabello. La piscina no tiene luz, de noche no se puede usar. La tienda de souvenirs siempre estuvo cerrada. El sitio está sumamente alejado, hay un camino en mal estado antes de llegar. Los precios que ofrece el hotel para turismo nacional son menores de lo que ofrece la página, aún así tuve que pagar lo que contraté con la página. Si van a reservar, mejor llamen directamente al hotel.

The stuff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is just gorgeous. The rooms are spacious and very nice decorated. The breakfast was very good, and the sitting area has a lovely view over the beach. The pool is just amazing, overlooking the palms and the bay. You even get the towels for the pool. The complex is like from a fairytale. If you are looking for a hotel to relax and enjoy the nature and the beach, that is your best option. It is totally worth the price.

Das Nebeneinander von Natur und Hotel war super. Tolle Lage direkt am Strand. Sehr ruhige Atmosphäre, abwechslungsreiche Speisekarte und leckeres Essen. Das Frühstücksangebot ist noch nicht super.
