Condotel Las Cascadas  

Town was within walking distance. Nice view from room. Bed was comfortable. Pool was nice. Quiet. We saw a sloth with her baby in the tree right outside of our panoramic window. Overall the grounds were nice, people were friendly.

First impression was the road to get to the hotel; it was gravel and we had to drive on a cramped street with homes owned by locals on both sides. Room was warm but ac eventually cooled it off and fan kept the air moving. There was an outer gate to our unit with a chain to close it and no lock. Gary said they had to remove the lock because someone took the keys and that he was going to put a new lock on, and give us a key, but that didn't happen. We felt relatively safe so it wasn't a big deal. Our room had an adjoining patio, and kitchenette that was supposed to have a blender, microwave (neither found), etc. Coffee was provided, however there were no filters for the maker and they had to search for some. Gary ultimately asked someone in another unit for some.

Preço alto quando comparado com opçoes existentes localmente; Prepagamento de 50% da reserva sem opção de retorno por saida para outro hotel. Localização e acessos que geram insegurança, sobretudo a noite.

É no meio da mata.

Ficamos em um apartamento. A sala era muito grande, mas o quarto pequeno. O banheiro e o quarto eram mal iluminados. Mas com certeza a pior coisa do hotel é o café da manhã. O hotel não tem restaurante.

No hot tub

Cet hôtel est le plus mauvais souvenir de notre séjour au costa rica . Dès notre arrivée , les wc bouchés ont été source de discorde avec le responsable. Pendant deux jours il a fallu subir à 6 reprises les tentatives infructueuses pour réparer , et une fin de non recevoir à notre demande de geste commercial. Notre compte a été ponctionné dès le jour de notre arrivée de la totalité du paiement , et le jour du départ , nous avons été menacés quand nous avons redemandé une remise et la facture du séjour . Le comportement du responsable a conduit à une plainte adressée à Booking actuellement en cours d'examen . Ces agissements nous amènent à dissuader formellement cet hôtel , indigne d'une relation commerciale respectueuse du client .

La habitación donde nos quedamos es grande y cómoda. Es muy familiar y amplia. Es como un pequeño apartamento.

Está ubicado en un lugar cuyo acceso no es bonito y al llegar hasta te preocupa el aspecto del lugar antes del hotel. Ya adentro el hotel es agradable. Está a unos 15 minutos en carro de las playas, así que uno debe pagar un taxi de 6 dólares o caminar hasta donde pueda tomar un bus.

Terrasse privee avec bar et coin salon tres agreable

La terrasse privative est ,si l hotel est complet, a partager avec la chambre d en face. La chambre est petite avec vue sur le parking pour soit-disant une Suite upgradee!!! L hotel est difficile a trouver,inconnu du gps et assez eloigne de la plage (10 minutes en voiture)

Owners were wonderful-very helpful and friendly.

I like dark rooms when I sleep and would have slept better with curtains that totally covered windows.

liebevoll designte Appartments, ein sehr schöner Pool und das Gefühl, fast schon im Regenwald zu übernachten. Die Besitzer sind sehr hilfsbereit und geben gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Touren.
