Le prix un peu excessif pour la prestation De plus le WiFi est annoncé dans tt l'hotel alors qu'il n'est disponible qu'au rdc.

L'endroit sur le bord de la plage, près du Volcan Rincon de la Vieja.

Les équipements sont vieux: lit et oreillers inconfortables, les serviettes de bains blanches sont grises. Nous n'avons pas eu la réservation que nous devions avoir, la chambre était dans l'arrière cour au lieu de vue sur la piscine.

No soap or shampoo. Lack of lighting at bathroom mirror. Hard to read in bed because of lack of lighting.

The location, ambiance, and friendly and helpful staff made this a very enjoyable experience for us. Since the hotel is also a favorite of local families, we enjoyed not feeling so much like tourists. It was also a safe and secure place with no worries about our car or personal belongings being bothered. The free breakfasts were substantial and enjoyable. The owner of the hotel and the owner of the restaurant in the hotel were always on-site and were very professional and gracious. Our stay was very reasonable. Being directly on the beach was a real plus, too. The staff couldn't have been nicer.

The rooms were very clean and functional, but a little threadbare, although this did not affect our enjoyment of the place. New drapes and bedspreads and more storage would make them first-class.

This is not luxury. It is charming, simple, clean, and secure place in a good location on the beach. The pool is very nice and clean Lots of nice families staying here. It is lively, but quiet. There is grass, and beautifully pruned shade trees. The owner is keeping a sharp eye for anything you might need, but is not intrusive. The restaurant is separate, but you can put everything on your room tab. The restaurant is simple and good. Fresh fish. The service was very good. VERY nice staff. Good view from restaurant of the beach, somewhat narrow view, but lovely. The air conditioners had remotes and worked well and were quiet. Muy tipico! Felt safe here. I will go here again.

The showers were not always hot, but they were not cold, either. It was all right. The towels were clean, but old. Later, we got newer ones. The upholstered furniture in the room was stained, but this is a beach place. I am sure they had scrubbed it. Just put a towel over it.

The best of all is the proximity to the ocean. Huge room with good facilities. Not much to complain about this hotel.

The beach access is excellent and the patio with pool is very relaxing

This was our third trip to Costa Rica, and our most enjoyable. We stayed at the Villa Belmar on Hermosa Beach. This hotel is less than ten years old, and has the amenities of a newer hotel; most notably, large spacious, bright, rooms, each immaculately clean, with ac, cable tv, comfortable beds, and bathrooms with hot water that really gets hot! There are several apartments with kitchens and spectacular views of the ocean. But more than these comforts, the style and architecture of this villa create the ambiance of something right out of a Hemmingway novel. It is stately, charming, and inviting. There are only nine rooms, so even when it was full it didn’t feel crowded. The large, open-air veranda on the main floor serves as a restaurant (with excellent food) during meal hours, a place to for guests to sit, relax, and take advantage of Wi-Fi, and a gateway to the beautiful pool and, of course, to the beach. Equaling the distinctive character of the Villa and grounds is a staff that is the most cordial and helpful we’ve found in any of our travels in Latin America or Mexico. The ever-present, multi-lingual manager seems to live to serve his guests. He is a wealth of information about the beach/town/Costa Rica/and anything else you want to know about. He also books tours for all the activities available at the beautiful, sunny almost year- around, Guanacaste Coast: fishing/diving/snorkeling/hiking/jungle etc. The manager will also make taxi arrangements for the short drive to Coco Beach where there is abundant shopping and night life for those who want that. We felt that the other employees also went a step beyond merely offering courteous and attentive service. They really seemed to want us to have a good time. The beach is beautiful—all we could have hoped for. There are several good beach-front restaurants. A five-star rating isn’t high enough for the warm hospitality and comfortable facilities at this hotel.

Great breakfasts and dinners. Generous, friendly owner. Best location, value in area. Amazing view from room. Complimentary boat ride. Pristine pool.

The staff and ownership made us feel like family from the moment we entered the hotel, and the warmth was extended throughout our stay.

Could use a room safe but had no problems with security.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Belmar Sevilla Resort. The owners and staff were friendly and made us feel at home. The location of the hotel is perfect... The beach was amazing! Even though the owners of the hotel are new at this, they are doing their best to make the right Costa Rica/Spain combination to give the hotel a special flair and unique atmosphere. I will definitely return to see their progress!

They need a little more effort on keeping ants out of the rooms and improve their menu, but over all it was a wonderful experience! We will be back!

Very close to the ocean. Nice pool. i got a good deal on a bedroom apt. at about $100 per night with small kitchen. Very quiet. Very safe. Friendly local fisherman took us out snorkeling with him as he caught some fish and squid to for making ceviche in his seaside stand. Nice

The help cook/maid seemed to be always in a bad mood. Very bad vibes from her.

la struttura è vecchiotta, infissi scadenti, arredo trasandato,la stanza era piena di polvere e le lenzuola sembravano già usate: c'erano dei capelli . Molte delle scelte del menù non erano disponibili e non era possibile avere caffe oltre l'orario della colazione! Inoltre caricano il 10% per pagamenti con carte di credito

A limpeza do apartamento não compromete, mas poderia ser melhor. Isso, entretanto, não impediria que eu me hospedasse outra vez no hotel.

Die Lage direkt am Meer und 'sichere' Gegend. Das Rindsfilet ist toll und auch das Frühstück ist gut.

Die Beschreibung in der Buchungsbestätigung ist falsch. Standardzimmer haben keinen Pool und keinen Meerblick. Es gibt keine Safes auf dem Zimmer. Für Kreditkarte werden 10% Zuschlag erhoben. -> Konnte auf Scotiabank in Liberia mit Postcard Geld abheben.
