The location is perfect for late night or early morning flight travelers. We arrive San hose air port almost midnight, but we did not have any trouble finding the car from the hotel. very friendly, clean. We would stay here again.

Great place to stay and excellent price! Stayed there first night and was very comfortable and Randall at the front feat was awesome. He was very helpful and nice! We're staying there again on our way back before flying out! Location seemed kinda grimey... Wouldn't want to walk around after dark.

The place felt secure, the rooms clean and spacious. Comfortable and modern room design. Service was good and friendly. Everything from pool, restaurant, rooms, parking was well layed out. The hotel was very difficult to find, especially since non of the streets have names/numbers, signs etc. Google map was useless and so was the gps. Even the sign out front of the hotel was hardly noticable. Would need brighter and larger design. The neighborhood seemed a bit iffy (though it didn't show once you are inside the gated hotel area) Breakfast should have been a bit more food, especially for somebody who doesn't like certain tropical fruits. It was a large portion of bananas and papaya, a thin slice of pineapple.......and a wee bit of scrambled eggs.

It was clean and well tended. Not near the airport as stated. Their are many hotels that indeed are much closer. They are misrepresenting themselves. Pool was unheated. I had an early flight and the "breakfast sent with me was minimal and sad.

Great place to Stay, maximum 10 minutes of to the airport, we use that hotel for the first two days and for the last days of our trip in costa rica. First day we went by bus to downtown San José, it took 45 minutes. There is a bus stop 1 min of the hotel that take you to Alejuela and then you take a bus to San José. They also refered us to target rental car company and we had great service from them. Rent a Suzuki Jimny, you will like it... I recommend this hotel, great value for what you pay.
